The disgusting airline became, flew in May 2023 from Moscow to Mineralnye Vody. The plane is dirty, I wiped the table with a black napkin. Yes, of course, sanctions. But you can wash the plane, in general, as pigs were transported, there are no complaints about the pilots, on the contrary, respect. In addition, the stroller was also broken. In general, either the flight is like this, or the airline, in principle, does not think about anything except money.... I got the impression that utair is worse than victory.... I do not recommend flying for any money. The saddest thing is that my review probably won't give a damn.

On July 20, I transferred to Vnukovo. It turned out that Utair was flying instead of Turkishas, although the Turkish airline was buying e-tickets and was indicated. It turned out to be a joint flight. Everything turned out when checking in for the flight. Further, it turns out that in Utair hand luggage is up to 5 kg, and in Turkishas - 10 kg. A representative of Utair Airlines was called. A young man came up and began to tell me the rules of transportation on joint flights in an official cold language. In such a tone that I feel like a bug! And I supposedly have to read it in the Utair transportation rules! So I didn't know that I had a combined flight with Utair! I found out when I came to the registration. I had to pay 2,800 for overweight hand luggage! Where is your respect for customers?! You don't put people in anything. Teach the employee a friendly attitude! Come and verbally tell me all your rules, I don't need it at all. I need participation and a polite attitude. What century do you live in?

Everything is fast, clear, and without complaints. The representative in Minsk kindly explained all the rules of the flight. They showed where it is faster to do a PCR test before departure. Definitely 5 points.
