When we flew back on 03/3/2025, some kind of leapfrog began - at first we rolled drinks back and forth three times without offering water to anyone. after the food was distributed, they offered a choice, as usual, either tea or coffee, etc., but then, after asking for water, the passenger received the answer one glass in one hand!!! the rest is $3 in cash for a half-liter bottle. otherwise, it's not bad.
The advantages of the airline include punctuality — the flight went exactly on schedule, which was a pleasant surprise. However, there are several significant disadvantages. Firstly, the distance between the seats leaves much to be desired: there is very little space, especially for long flights. Secondly, the staff does not speak Russian, which creates inconveniences for Russian-speaking passengers. Another unpleasant moment is that if a passenger falls asleep, the flight attendants open the table and put the food on, but no one cleans it up after the meal, which looks careless. In general, the service is not particularly friendly, which also reduces the overall impression of the flight.
I recommend that airlines pay attention to these points in order to improve the quality of service.
I gave 4 stars for the fact that the Egyptian guides on board cannot speak Russian.
Russian Russian passengers are being transported, and it is a pity that they are not duplicated in Russian.
