A good center for children, a cool tunnel aquarium, there is a Dino Park, a water park. A few slot machines. I didn't like the fact that on weekends there is really no room in the lobby at the cash register and the wardrobe, there is a very small area. It is better to visit on weekdays. For such a big city as Astana, there are few places of entertainment for children. That's why there are always crowds here.

I like everything, everything is cool. Only 2 cons. The food court is weak. 1 point and the prices are very high. Secondly, the water is highly chlorinated. Cool entertainment center:

Pros: I like that there are promotions for children during the holidays. My daughter was not allowed on some slides because of her height (she is 8). Locker rooms are normal, considering the number of people. The cleanliness is also monitored by the norms.

I love this place!
The hard workers who made animatronics in the jungle are just great!
I really like the exotarium itself for the design of the jungle.
The aquarium also leaves a good impression.

В выходные дни очень много людей. Касса одна с одним кассиром, а очередь очень-очень большая и все в основном с детьми. Спасает только онлайн покупка билетов. В аквапарк могут не пустить потому, что количество мест ограничено. Парковка не расчитана на большое количество машин.

I think the design is too weak for Astana!!!! Even at the time of 2017. And now there are shortcomings in the locker rooms and showers. In general, inventory and machinery are poorly maintained.
It is still not convenient to have separate meals, in order to eat, you need to go to the locker room and take either a phone, or in the case of guests, a wallet with cash, then take it back.
I hope that in the new water park that will open in 2025 at the end of the year in Astana, there will be design, decoration, + service, at the highest level, corresponding to the capital Astana!!!!

It's slippery, especially on the stairs when you want to ride on the slides, it's dangerous to climb the stairs without a rubber mat, you need to lay something.
A draft when you go with the flow, doors and windows are open everywhere. And it's cold in the locker room when you enter the draft.
A weak hair dryer barely dries the hair. And in winter, it's generally problematic when you have long hair.
People in transparent aquashouses go into the pool and swim in them, although any shoes need to be removed, since hair and debris that sticks to the sole all then floats in the water. There are no people looking after the order.It's a mess.

A great place for children, the water is warm, there are several pools by age, and the river is generally a "theme" - as the youth say. In the summer season, you need to come early, as the number of tickets is limited. In general, I liked everything, the only thing that upset us was that we went to 11 and could not find free "sun beds". Somehow the administration needs to think about it, because the number of seats should correspond to the number of tickets. I admit that some visitors took extra beds.

It is better to come before the start of the campaign, for example, on Friday from 15:00 you can go for 3,000 tenge for 4 hours, and in the morning the price is 7200, also at 04:00, or 8,200 for the whole day. But in the second case, it will be quiet and everything is free, and starting at 15:00 the rest ends, there is noise and uproar, a lot of people, both large and small, lack of free sunbeds.
Cons: there is no adult area where you can sit or lie down quietly, the light is quite dim and there are no windows in the room
