A cool place with its own world. A shop, a sauna, a hostel, a cafe, a restaurant, a hairdresser and even with its own palm tree.

As they were built under Stalin, they were not repaired along the way. The owners could have made a lot of money, but they are satisfied with it anyway. There is a hairdresser, a polyclinic nearby, a bus stop.
