Strong three stars. In terms of price-quality ratio, everything corresponds. Great sea view. A beautiful courtyard with a hammock and a swimming pool.
I didn't like that in our comfort room there was no stool or table on the balcony. Just go out and stand. I asked at the reception, they answered "such a room", which is very strange, since there were tables and stools on other balconies. On the balcony, you need to drink wine and admire the beautiful evening view, and not just dry the laundry. ))) Breakfast is meager, designed for children. No eggs, no sausages, no broth. One porridge, pancakes and casserole. Plus salad and sausage with cheese. Mosquitoes somehow got into the room and gnawed at the children.
WiFi does not catch well on the 5th floor. There is no elevator.

Great hotel! We had a rest in early May 2024. Very beautiful, well-maintained territory. Everything is clean and tidy everywhere. Solid three, administrator Julia 5, Ekaterina 2, wonderful private territory, clean pool, five minutes to the sea, breakfasts are very tasty, but monotonous.
In the room: an old spring bed, a refrigerator, a wardrobe and a safe, two bedside tables, a table, a mirror, no microwave, a plate and 3 glasses from the dishes, one chair on the balcony, you can't sit together.
For the price : 45k for 8 nights.

A quiet, peaceful place to relax. The view from the balcony to the mountains was mesmerizing, the singing of birds woke me up in the morning. A great place to bring your parents on vacation.
A cold pool, but maybe that's even a plus)
I didn't like the breakfasts at all-very sparse and monotonous. They forgot about the eggs at all ((( But delicious coffee)
There are a lot of mosquitoes in the room, but you can't hear them, they don't interfere with sleep, only in the morning the bitten ones got up.

A cozy hotel within walking distance from the embankment and the park in novaya Gagra! The market is 10 minutes away. Friendly staff, swimming pool, everything you need in the room. Nice little hotel. There is no elevator, so if you want to lose a couple of pounds, then that's it. Very beautiful well-maintained territory. Not much with food. We had a rest in the middle of July 2024.
The hotel is basically not bad, the breakfasts are the same every day practically, fruits and porridges only changed, BUT at the same time it was delicious, put on as much as you want and you could even have a very hearty breakfast!!! Once there was an omelet and scrambled eggs - for 5 days of stay. Breakfast is served from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
There were mosquitoes in the room all the time, it was unclear where they came from, apparently they fly in from the corridor.
The shower smelled very strongly of sewage, it stank… Nothing helped to remove this smell. The water went out very badly in the sink, it was collected very quickly and I had to wait until it went away. The toilet was cracked and wobbly.
There is a very weak flow of cold water in the shower, they said at the reception they would not be able to change anything. I had to wash in hot water, or with very weak pressure.
The hotel is on the second coast, but 5 minutes to the sea.
The standard room without a balcony for two had: air conditioning, a small refrigerator, a kettle, 2 glasses and 1 plate, 2 separate beds with bedside tables, a wardrobe, 1 chair, a table with a mirror, a TV.
Wi-Fi worked fine, but we bought another SIM card for 1350rubles with unlimited Internet in the official store.
We lived on the 3rd floor.
The territory of the hotel is beautiful and, in principle, large, there was a swimming pool that worked until 19:00. You can additionally have lunch and dinner at the hotel, but we already ate in other cafes. The hotel can provide excursions for a fee, as well as airport transfers. Our rating is 3.5 out of 5!

We stayed at the hotel at the end of June 2023. The territory is well maintained, the rooms are clean. The rooms were cleaned and towels were changed regularly, bed linen on demand. The breakfasts are monotonous, but everything is fresh and delicious. Lunch and dinner were ordered there for a fee according to the menu. Special thanks to the chefs who responded to the request to cook something bypassing the menu, for example, fry potatoes. Sometimes, we ate in canteens when we walked, there are plenty of them, as well as cafes. The sea is 5 minutes from the hotel. All the staff is friendly, it's nice!
The pool is small, mostly children swam there. Of the cons: the Internet is very laggy, high audibility and a lot of all sorts of biting insects. I saved the spray from the bite of mosquitoes and ants when we were sitting outside and bought a Raptor in the room.
I was also unlucky with the sea, it's dirty there, with garbage and locals ride jet skis right between people, which is very annoying. Having visited the excurias, we concluded that if you go to Abasia, then either to Pitsunda or to New Athos, there is a cleaner and quieter sea and many interesting places nearby. There's not much to do in the new Gagra, it's more interesting in the old one.

The furniture is old, the bedding is cheap and washed. To turn on the kettle, you need to turn off the refrigerator - there is only one outlet. The lock in the door is built with a tongue on the contrary, so the door does not hold in the breeze and opens! Repairs have not been done for a long time. The sea is good enough, but it's a solid rotavirus, vacationers are sick all over.

We had a vacation with a friend in September 2021. I really liked the hotel. Convenient location, friendly staff, spacious, cozy, clean rooms. Nice furniture. Cleanliness of the territory. There is a swimming pool, they did not swim in it, but it is clear that it is very well cared for.
Everything is close: on the one hand the market, on the other the Ferris wheel, coastal cafes, the embankment, a stop FROM.
I highly recommend this hotel.

In general, the place is pleasant and comfortable, the courtyard is internal and the location is convenient. There is a swimming pool and barbecue area and parking. There are two disadvantages. When there are more than 15 residents, there is a shortage of dishes in the dining room. (breakfast for three, but this is expected). In the bathrooms there is a smell of sewage, perhaps because of the unsuccessful design of the shower drain.

It's okay, it's not the first time we've had a rest. But the owner is not lucky with the workers (the iron is not cleaned, the linen was barely changed). I noticed that Abkhazians don't really want to work (Gagra station is a horror, but this is the face of the city). The locals themselves destroy both nature and the sea. And thanks to the innkeeper.

We stayed at this hotel from July 3 to July 14, 2024. We rented two rooms, since there were four of us, we arrived from Bryansk in our own car. What can I say, immediately during check-in, the hotel administrator went to meet us and changed the fifth floor to the second, thanks a lot to him, since his wife had a leg after surgery and it would be problematic for her to go up to the fifth floor. There are very wonderful girls at the reception, Yulechka and Katyusha, thank them very much for everything, they are very responsive and executive for their work. A friendly person is the owner of the hotel himself, all the time he controls the order in the entire hotel and on the territory. Very good cuisine, special thanks to the chefs. There is a very nice and clean swimming pool on the territory, it is cleaned every morning, even if it is not very large, but it is a big plus that it is there. The area is very cozy and clean. The rooms are good, they have everything you need, one minus is mosquitoes flew in from somewhere, but this is a trifle. Otherwise, everything is just great. The sea is nearby, cafes are also nearby, we were all satisfied and plan to return here next year. Thank you all very much, the rest was a success, we will try to meet with everyone next year. We had a rest at the hotel in October 2021, together with my wife. I liked the location of the hotel: the embankment is close and near Freedom Square, near the market, shops, an inexpensive dining room and coffee shops. The hotel has a nice territory: clean, cozy, beautiful, there is a swimming pool. The breakfasts are good, porridge, cereal with milk, sandwiches, fried eggs, vegetables and there were fruits. Also tea / coffee with cookies, in short, you will not stay hungry even with children. I give the hotel four stars because of the ROOM: there is no kettle, the audibility is strong (my wife used earplugs), the shower drain is clogged, the air conditioner did not work for warm air (there were rainy days, it was cool in the room). Although the room price is adequate.
If not for the room, then the hotel can be safely recommended.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel from 04.09. to 11.09. 23 and were very satisfied. We stopped by earlier than the scheduled time and asked to check in early, the administrator Julia solved this issue positively, for which many thanks. But a very small pool is more for children and not for adults. Very poor breakfasts. Neither fruits nor vegetables were given. Only porridge, scrambled eggs and sliced sausage and cheese. There are no tables or chairs on the balcony in the rooms, i.e. you can't sit on the balcony in the evening. Why they are needed at all is not clear. Should I dry the towels after the beach?

The choice fell on the Aibga 3* hotel (Gagra). We flew from Perm to Pobeda airport, we booked everything ourselves. From Sochi airport bus 558, 30 rubles/person, 30 rubles/luggage, GAZ buses, with a luggage area at the back. The border crossing, and then the minibus 150 rubles per person, 50 rubles luggage, drove for 30 minutes., got off at the Memorial of Glory stop and then walked a little bit, looked at the map at home in advance. We left our suitcases and went for a walk around the city, including a snack.we went towards the Gagra shopping center, then straight ahead, crossed back the railway and moved towards the sea, the choice randomly fell on the dining room at the Paradise Corner hotel, at 34 Sayat Nova Street, the dining room is quite recommended, then on the street they asked where the Gagra market was, it turned out to be very close, we went to it has an abundance of cheeses, fruits and vegetables.... mmmm. We returned to the hotel. we were handed the keys to room 44, and we went to check in, there is no elevator, but this is only a plus for the figure)). We had the simplest room on the 4th floor without a balcony with accommodation for 3 (2 beds + 1 folding bed.) in the room there is a square corridor with a mirror, a cupboard for a suitcase, a hair dryer, a spoon for shoes, a combined bathroom, a shower cabin with a curtain, a water heater, a sink slightly less than standard with lockers, t/paper, soap, shampoo. In the room itself there is also a table with a TV, a mirror, a chiffonier, a flat-screen TV, a bar refrigerator, a safe in the closet, we did not use, in my opinion, for free. the window was on the mountains (north) the view is normal, audibility is without comment, breakfast is from 9, normal, you can order lunch and dinner at the hotel. The location of the hotel suited us quite well, roughly the 2nd line in the very center of the city, everything is within walking distance. on the territory of the hotel, the heated pool, tables, sun beds, benches, palm trees, cypresses, and other plants. The territory is fenced with a blind fence, surveillance cameras, Wi-Fi for free. It was always quiet, there was no noise. There is a library, I will answer your questions, I liked the hotel, I would love to return, we recommend it, there is Parking for cars. The linen was changed after 3 days.

We had a rest from 26.07 to 2.08. 2021.. An excellent hotel for a relaxing family holiday, the territory is quiet in the evenings. The territory of the hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, there is a swimming pool. The room we lived in is a two-room standard, located on the 1st floor, quite cozy, clean. The staff is attentive, they respond at the first request, no matter what we ask, everything was provided to us, the towel was changed, the room was cleaned. I especially wanted to say a big thank you to the maids Gilda, Vera, Irina, the administrators Khatuna and Adgur....in general, all the staff at this hotel is very friendly.
Breakfast was included, the breakfasts were very tasty, varied, there was everything that is useful to eat in the morning. Lunch and dinner are complex, the portions are large, the same is delicious (although we only ordered one day).
It was 5-7 minutes to the sea by a calm course, the sea was clean...The locals are polite, not aggressive at all. In a word, we liked everything..

The beautiful landscape of the courtyard, the silence in the hotel itself and in the courtyard, which is important after the crowds on the seashore; cleanliness thanks to good maids. But - there is no elevator, although the building is 5 storeys high and no one warns about it!! For the sake of objectivity, the staircases are wide and not "steep", so we climbed up to the 4th floor quite calmly, despite sore knees, but once again you don't want to go down and up. The ironing room is only on the 1st floor. And the biggest disappointment is the very low level of breakfast:I have not seen such a terrible porridge (of all kinds), fried tortillas, sponge cake anywhere. It seems like women don't know how to cook at all!!! Fried eggs are almost always overcooked. Even on water, porridge can be cooked much tastier!!!
The girls from the reception desk are friendly enough, but they know practically nothing. The answer to any question is "I don't know" or "I'm not local." It's very, very surprising why they go there to work then!

The staff is friendly. Prices outside are very democratic, well, very. We always had lunch at the Grandmothers' table, of course it's called a full council, but it's very tasty and homemade, and the grandmothers are just real, like relatives. We ordered the first and second and salad and compote and it came out 500 rubles for two. Staraya Gagra can be reached by public transport. Which one, you can ask at the reception. We took a taxi because it is also very inexpensive and very convenient. By the way, it can be ordered directly at the reception and at a certain time. In general, we liked everything, we will definitely come again.
