We have been vacationing with children for 2 years here . An ideal place for privacy with nature and the sea. The accommodation includes breakfast, buffet, with homemade cakes. The rooms are large, two-room, always clean, change of linen and beach towels are all on schedule. I really like the area , all in greenery , blooming and shady . There is a playground for children and even a trampoline that everyone loves. The beach itself at the hotel is wide, cleaned of debris, and with a sandy ball court. We will definitely come again 🫶🏻 private beach , silence and nature is what we like . For holidays with children , or large family companies, that's what you need. Thank you for our wonderful vacation!!!

We had a rest this year. I really liked the place. I advise everyone who is very tired of the hustle and bustle of the metropolis and work. A very quiet and peaceful place. The pronoun is removed from the noise.
The sea is beautiful. The beach is equipped with a shaded area. There are a lot of sun loungers. The absence of a large number of people.
The breakfasts are just great. There are set lunches and dinners. We used the common menu, ordered at a convenient time for us. We drew the attention of the administration to the fact that there are no small things for a snack on sale (children always want to crunch something). The receptionist said she would take this into account for next year.
The staff is wonderful: thanks to both the waitresses and the cleaners. We were without a car. Since the place is remote, you had to take a taxi to get to the shops. When the administrator was contacted, she offered her help and her car. It's a small thing, but it was very pleasant.
The rooms are large and comfortable. Suitable for those who travel with a large family.
We liked the rest. We are going to return next year.

We had a vacation with a friend in early September. We were delighted ! I liked everything. The room is very large, cozy, clean, with a large balcony overlooking the sea and palm trees. The staff is helpful and smiling. Delicious breakfasts, the choice may not be very large for someone, but everything is of high quality and very tasty. There is also delicious food in the restaurant itself. Well, the biggest delight is the location! Peace and quiet, peace. The entire beach is at the disposal of the hotel's guests. No, it's not a room, it's a full-fledged one-bedroom apartment. Tasteful, beautiful, clean, wonderful! Yes, but, there are a few "buts" that I would note. The disadvantages do not seem to be significant, they will even seem stupid to some, but for such a cost, I think they should not be. Conday is only in the living room, he's not in the bedroom. It's weird for a southern resort. Wi-Fi in the rooms is practically not working. A fully equipped kitchen, but without a stove. You can rent a microwave or a slow cooker for 200 rubles per day. Are you serious? For this price of a room per day, I think taking another 200 rubles for a microwave is at least strange. The refrigerator door does not open in a convenient way, although it takes 5 minutes to outweigh it for a working hand. Of course, these are small things, but if you eliminate them, then this will be just the perfect hotel for a relaxing holiday. I would also put a wicker sofa with pillows on the terrace, in addition to two chairs. the size of the terrace allows it. It would also not hurt to adjust the interior doors, they close all the time or, conversely, open) And so the food, the staff, the distance to the sea (50 meters) are all very, very good. Silence, tranquility, nature. The sea is 50 meters away. The territory is perfectly clean. Rooms are under 100 square meters, a huge veranda. Everything for a comfortable stay. The breakfasts are very decent, there is always a choice. We haven't had enough in a week. The girls in the cafe are polite. You can have lunch and dinner in the restaurant, the food and the service are good.
The rooms are cleaned with a change of linen and towels every 3 days. Garbage collection every day.
We organized a transfer from Sukhum railway station and back, very convenient.

This place is not about " stars"))), but about a relaxing family vacation, with a good beach and sea. The staff does everything possible (George) for the cleanliness of the beach, but no one can cancel cows, dogs and emissions from the sea)))
The hotel is located 20 minutes from Sukhum, and in our opinion is one of the best standing on the sea (50 m)

We had a rest this year at the guest house. I liked everything very much! The place is really quiet and peaceful. The view from the room is simply gorgeous on palm trees, greenery and the sea) The sea is clean and I would like to note that the coast is clean and deserted-this is a rarity. It is clear that everything is being cleaned. In the recreation area under a canopy on the beach there is a trash can, shower, sun beds. Beach towels are provided and it is convenient to dry them on your terrace. The whole area is also clean. Every day something is being swept, streaked, mowed down. There is a trampoline and a playground for children, there is a place to run. The rooms are large and clean. There is everything for recreation. We booked the second floor and were delighted with both the view and the convenience. The room was cleaned as stated on the third day of stay, linen and towels were also changed. A couple of times they asked for additional cleaning, too, without any problems, they came and cleaned everything) Once we didn't have enough sun beds on the beach, we called the administrator, they brought it right away, apparently not all of them are exposed. There is a dining room and a cafe on site. The food is good and satisfying. The breakfast is good, there was enough of everything)) every day fruits, milk, etc. There is a menu, we also ordered and were satisfied.☺️
We would like to express our special gratitude to the staff! All well done!

We rested with my husband at this hotel and were never disappointed in the choice , we left today , BUT in 2 weeks we will come here again . I'll start with the atmosphere, it's so cozy, comfortable, quiet here, if you like silence, then you definitely come here! The staff is all friendly, which is not unimportant, everything is delicious, buffet breakfast, room cleaning every 2 days, everything is clean, bed linen, snow-white towel, and the rooms themselves are like a two-room apartment with a kitchen, and they are all like this, huge terraces where you can relax, eat, enjoy nature, well of course, enjoy the view and the noise of the sea, and the sea is just a stone's throw away. Minuses:
- when fully loaded, there may be something missing at breakfast;
- there is only air conditioning in one room, and this is not a bedroom;
- a strange lock on the front door - it can slam shut, but you can only open it with a key;
- "leftist" people can come to the beach
Of the advantages:

+ own kitchen in the room,
+ free parking with a canopy,
+ a beach with a canopy, sun beds and a shower,
+ a small playground for small children among the eucalyptus grove,

Everything is very good, if not for one thing - the absolutely boorish behavior of the manager of the guest house Elena. We were vacationing with four children, received ten+ instructions on cleanliness and tried to follow them. Nevertheless, they still did not avoid reprimanding, discussing us with other guests, and then ignoring us from the manager.Despite the fact that the room was rented in perfect order and cleanliness. All this has specifically spoiled the impressions of the holiday. You can come here, but be prepared to closely monitor the cleanliness of the room if you do not want to be scolded like a schoolboy and threatened with fines.

An excellent (or rather, the best) option on the first line of the sea in ALL of Abkhazia! For lovers of a relaxing holiday. Quiet, cozy, delicious, convenient. A place away from the highway (1.5 kilometers along a picturesque dirt road), but near the shore in a picturesque grove. The park (grove) at the hotel is in a closed area, but there are no people nearby. The beach is just super - a shady canopy, sun beds, showers, urns - everything is in place, and a kilometer to the city beach if along the sea. The apartments are large, repairs would need to be renovated, and I would like the stove in the kitchen by default, and not at the request of the administrator. This year it was twice, July and September, everything was very decent.

The first check-in to these apartments was in January 2020, the price of 3500 seemed acceptable, but not justified, door handles and plumbing required repairs, the kitchen without a stove, half of the outlets were de-energized at all, the mattresses on the beds were old and with springs like on a trampoline, t / antenna for two rooms on the first and second floor. There were no complaints about the food, as breakfast is included in the price and lunches and dinners were pre-ordered. In general, if you do not find fault, you can give a rating of 5 out of 6 if not for one circumstance! A good road to the Agudzera hotel ends in 3 km, at the exit from the highway there was an old and nondescript sign high on a tree, which was barely visible, especially at night. That's it! The good impressions are over!
Next, I would like to tell you about the administrator, whom we met in May 2020, her name is Elena, the first impression was not bad, then outright rudeness began, which I refused to put up with during my upbringing. Starting in August 2020, prices began to rise exponentially. Elena offered us a discounted price, but in fact issued an invoice without it. She simply ignored my request to fix the flaws in the room. Further, in a conversation about an unjustified increase in the cost, she said that if something does not suit, do not book and that's it. In this regard, we had to look for other places to stay! And believe me, there are enough such places throughout Agudzera.
Conclusion: Demand does not generate supply, but arrogant and greedy people!

The guest house "Agudzera" (former apartments of the Council of Ministers) has direct access to the sea with a wide horizon and its own beach with fantastic sunsets and views of Sukhum. Large territory, attractive landscaping, compact location of two-storey buildings and comfortable, comfortable rooms with views on both sides - snowy mountains and the sea, with their own entrances from the street on both floors. The dining room is adjacent to the buildings and has an exemplary kitchen. The Agudzera River is nearby. The village of Agudzera is a kilometer away. 10 km to Sukhum, 35 km to New Athos.

Elena is a very rude and non-client-oriented administrator. A friend rented a room out of season for an amount above 5 thousand. The room is designed for 2 people and 2 breakfasts, respectively. When I came to visit her and a friend who rents a room wanted to treat me to breakfast, which was paid for, the hotel staff began to be indignant. The toilet was wobbling in the room and the lock was locked. Even a neighbor from another room had to cut through the balcony once to open the door from the inside.but there were no apologies or number replacements. A friend decided to leave, to which she received a boorish statement from Elena so that she would not come to them anymore.
One of the advantages is the proximity of the sea and a beautiful park on the territory.

Girls cooks and waitresses are beyond praise! Delicious breakfasts that are included in the price. Room cleaning is really once every 3 days!It's so nice to come back to a cleaned room and fall asleep in a clean, made-up bed!!:) you can breathe deeply here and you definitely want to come back here!The nature around is magnificent, the sea is warm, and the staff of the guest house tries to make everything comfortable and cozy! We stayed at the Agudzera Guest house for 3 weeks in July. Before that, we had several vacations in the village of Agudzera. It was the first time we were in the guest house. In 2016, we saw how it was built and in 2021 we returned to see what happened.
We can say that everything is fine.
1. Rooms.
They are huge with very comfortable beds, a large kitchen, and a balcony. The air conditioners are for an amateur, but we did not use them. Lots of cupboards. There is no stove in the kitchen, but in our opinion it is not needed. Every 3 days the room was cleaned and the bed was changed. The service is very unobtrusive and unobtrusive. There is WiFi, the signal is weak, but sufficient for news and even a game console.
There are only a few rooms and vacationers. Sometimes it felt like we were alone in the territory.
2. Nutrition.
Great. You can take business lunches, or you can order from the menu. The cafe is always open. Everything is very tasty. The service is excellent.
The village of Agudzera is 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car. If you're driving, it's generally convenient. There is a great market in the village where you can find everything you need.
3. The sea is magnificent! 20 meters to the sea, the Windows overlook the sea, you can hear the sea all the time. In general, it's a solid sea. It's very green. Cows go to pasture every day, good-natured dogs run around.
There is a huge bamboo canopy on the beach, where there has always been a place and sun beds. The beach is made of rather large pebbles. It can be difficult to enter, but these are such small things ... the beach is almost always sparsely populated. Even at the height of the season, when everyone wrote that there was a full house everywhere, there was no one here.
4. I would like to express special thanks to the manager of the guest house, Elena. She was always in touch, answering questions. I organized a transfer from the border and back. She controlled the order and extraneous noises on the territory. In general, thank you for your help in organizing an unforgettable vacation.

In our room, the TV was in the living room. I would move the TV into the bedroom, and put a dining table with chairs in the living room.
As for the playground, it is located in the grass. Usually, the territory of the playground is covered with sand, small rubble or something else. Especially after the rain, it is not very pleasant for a child to run on wet grass, wet ground and be bitten by mosquitoes.
The beach was not always cleaned. If it is positioned as its own, then it should definitely be cleaned every day.
Remoteness from civilization. The nearest shop or cafe is 20 minutes away if you walk.
Now about the advantages. A gorgeous huge room, with a huge bed, beautiful and solid furniture. Spacious balcony with sea view. We fell asleep and woke up to the sound of waves.
Delicious breakfasts and dinners. We didn't eat lunch)) Special thanks to the Irishman for his dishes.
A cozy private beach with sun beds and a canopy. Only guests have a rest, so there are not many people, which is a huge plus. It was always possible to lie in silence and enjoy the tranquility.
Beautiful well-maintained territory.
In short, I recommend this place. If you want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, then you definitely need to come here!!!! I wish the guest house of Agudzer further development and prosperity!)))
