We were a big group of 10 people. Due to the good atmosphere and the alcohol, some moments are smoothed out. There is billiards, but the cue is just terrible, one name only. Sleeping places are mattresses on the floor. Or three on the couch ..Well, we can spend the night once. There is no satellite TV at all. BT5 - Maximus. And the TV is too small if you want to play PS5. The furniture is already battered, but it will do. The sauna is good, right in the house. There are two standard barbecues and a gazebo, which is also a plus. The price is 500 rubles, probably because of the winter period. It's cheap and angry)

Full of trash. Renovation of the early 90s. Terrible tiles in the bath, the same plumbing. In this quoted pool, even grown-up and warmed-up men were ashamed to infect. The chairs in the kitchen are broken. The billiard table is terrible and the stains on the canvas show that all its use was reduced to the shrinkage of wet pop on it. The cues are broken. From entertainment, a TV with a kinescope and ... And only drink there and have a snack with what you brought with you, since it's such a pleasure to roast a barbecue in the grill near the porch in the rain. If you are looking for an option to pay for a canopy over your head to stupidly drink, then this is exactly the option!

The bathhouse is simple but very functional, there are no unnecessary frills, but everything is at hand. Few hats. We had 4 and sat for 6 :) There is everything for entertainment, but... The TV is small and quiet, the speakers are like headphones, small and squeaking, you can only settle down with a company if you are a couple or do not hesitate, the kitchen is huge, as well as the table, 12 people will sit quietly if you need to have another large table. The kitchen is fully equipped, a large refrigerator, which is a big plus for me personally, since there is not enough for a holiday. Despite the lack of delivery, I put a strong 5 as the place is quiet, cozy, for the price of candy, and the hostess is a lovely woman! If you need to relax simply and with taste, this is the place!

It's a great place! Friendly and hospitable hosts! There is a steam room, a font, a pond where you can swim (and in winter plunge after a bathhouse), a billiard room, 2 guest rooms, 2 toilets, a spacious recreation room with a refrigerator, stove, dishes. On the swing, you can remember your childhood, relax on a bench near the water, there is a barbecue and a gazebo. Children's furniture is also available on the site. The plot is well maintained! I recommend it!

The manor itself is beautiful, but we were unlucky with the weather, we had to sit in the house, and from there all the cons come out… Cons: WELL, IT's VERY DIRTY, the female half of the company was very unpleasant to be in any room you don't go into — you'll find another horror. Well, once in 1-2 months, you can also call cleaning ((( There is a terrible stove in the kitchen, on the ground floor there is a toilet and a trash can too. It would be better not to have a bathtub on the second floor. Terribly dirty socks after walking around the kitchen and billiard room, it's a pity the socks had to be thrown away. The chairs are disfigured, the legs are wobbly somewhere, the seat is pierced somewhere. The tile is like after a bombing, and taking into account such "purity", a phobia wakes up just not to earn a fungus. I attach photos to almost all claims so as not to be unfounded. Now about the pros: the presence of a billiard table saved the evening for half of the company, even if the table already requires fabric tightening and the cues should be updated. The presence of a barbecue is very pleasant, you do not need to buy a disposable one in the store. There is an abundance of space, the bathhouse itself is also good, everyone can flood it to suit their tastes, there are hats. They brought a personal Bluetooth speaker so as not to suffer with the music center. The presence of a refrigerator. The territory of the estate itself is beautiful and clean, it will be cool in summer. That's where the advantages end. For squeamish girls, this is a terrible dream, for a beer company of boys, it's just right. I can't advise, everyone makes their own decision here.

A great place for a budget, not too demanding vacation. Large kitchen-dining room with everything you need, gazebo, barbecue, rooms with sleeping places and billiards. And of course the sauna! A font with cold water indoors and an outdoor pond where you can plunge at any time of the year. Always clean and prepared for rest, Excellent hosts. I recommend it for companies of 5-12 people. 5 minutes from Kamennaya Gorka metro station, 2 minutes from Koltsevaya.

Nice house. Comfortably. The bathhouse is gorgeous. There is a small swimming pool for dipping and a pond for a full swim after the bathhouse. The only THING is that these are dead cues in billiards, but after a couple of glasses it no longer becomes relevant :)
