Our request for the wedding was nature, a beautiful quiet place with all amenities. Relax Park has met all our expectations. This is a wonderful platform that combines all our wishes and even much more. We conducted an on-site registration here, and then a photo shoot. The location has a huge variety of backgrounds for photos in one place. This place has saved a lot of our strength! The owners made all our dreams come true, were always there for us, supported and fixed all the joints that could only be and did not let anything spoil our holiday! After the holiday, we stayed in a wonderful house, very comfortable, warm, cozy with a Jacuzzi. We are happy that we decided to end our holiday here, relax after hosting the guests, and calmly gather in the morning. We felt at home. Thank you so much for being with us on this day and making it so wonderful and unforgettable.

Hello! I want to write a review about the holiday held on 07.09.2024 at this farmstead. Clean, well-maintained territory. Responsive waiters who fulfill requests. The hostess advised, answered calls on time for the organization of the event. The newlyweds reacted responsibly and fulfilled flawlessly all the requirements and recommendations (discipline, time limits, food delivery, etc.). Our family has fully trusted your team. You have a lot of work experience. I am very sorry, but we were very disappointed. The first huge claim to the quality of food. The menu offered was not exactly a wedding one. We've come to terms with that. We weren't expecting a restaurant menu. But! The quality of the food served on the tables was shocking. Chops and shish kebab are black. All the food is too salty. Everything is cold. According to the selected menu, a Caesar salad was provided for each guest, however, according to the guests, some had an Olivier salad. Weathered fruits and cold cuts. Juices on tables in industrial packages/ not in jugs. Rural recreation, as you reply to everyone in the comments, is a rural vacation. But! The quality of the work performed is the full responsibility of the head and staff of the estate. We are ashamed to watch 60 now!!!! to the invited in the eyes. This is our whole family and our closest friends. The second claim. Decor. He was not fully prepared for the event. The bridesmaids actively joined in helping the decorator at the check-in area, as the transfer with the guests was at the entrance. Candles placed on the tables, as it turned out, were not included in the price of the decor. At the end of the evening, all lighted candles were counted and an additional payment was taken. This was not discussed, we were sure that it was included in the price. The third claim. Our dessert cost 1000 rubles. It was thrown off the tables before the guests left. Many guests wanted to take it home, but everything turned out to be in waste. The table cleaning started before our departure. We have fulfilled all the requirements of the hostess. The guests were standing at 23.00 outside the territory, in the parking lot, without lighting, in complete darkness, in the forest. At 22.30, a warning was received from the hostess that the music should be stopped or the switch would be turned off. The contract was signed before 22.45. A piece of the program flew off, the end of the event was abruptly interrupted. They loaded all the things into the cars in complete darkness, BECAUSE there is no lighting in the parking lot. Fourth! The hostess throughout the entire celebration conducted obsessive control of everything that was happening in a tracksuit. If you are responsible about the quality of your holiday, then we recommend that you consider other options!!! P.s. When booking the estate and drawing up the contract, the price for renting the A-frame house was 45 rubles /hour, however, a couple of days before the wedding, when making full payment for the celebration, the price increased to 60 rubles / hour. What is the reason for such a price increase in just a month and a half, we do not understand and it is unpleasant.

But there is one drawback, it is very hot in the tent where the events took place, one floor air conditioner is missing there, it is very hot!!! But in general, everything is fine.

If you want to spend time with your loved ones in a triangular house, I do not recommend it. There are cameras on the territory that are aimed directly at the glass house and the Jacuzzi. At 8.30 am, the staff will be walking under your house. I remind you of the glass house. And be prepared for calls from the owners if they don't like something about the camera. I was in this place at the wedding as a guest. It wasn't bad at first, but then...let's start with the good thing: the territory is neat and clean. Next, the unpleasant thing: the place is intended for celebrations, but they forgot to take care of the tracks at the location, some ladies found it very "convenient" to walk in heels, platforms and stilettos. The location and the path that does not exist to the toilets are very questionable, such a step was obviously invented for the convenience of people in dresses and the elderly. There is a question that it was possible to take care of the location of mosquito and midge repellents on the territory, this is Gomel and the surrounding area, everyone arrived bitten. I really didn't like the behavior and appearance of the person who introduced herself as the "director or owner" of this place, there was a feeling that what she was at home was what she came in. It was not very pleasant to receive a comment from an employee, although it was difficult to understand that this was an employee, because the person was at home so that the children would not throw pebbles into the aquarium pool, because they would have to clean it later. Two waiters for an event of 70+ people is frankly not enough. The food is for an amateur. The waiters were very reluctant to comply with the requests of the guests. The cutlery was never changed all evening, and the cake had to be eaten with a fork, which had previously been used to eat both salad and hot. But the most fun was that at the end of the event, the representatives of this place said that the guests should leave as soon as possible, there is nothing to hang out near the gate, and in general they will turn off the lighting now...the lights were turned off, it was very pleasant to stand in the dark and wait for transport.

Our holiday was held in Relax Park Sozh on 06/24/2023. We started preparing for the wedding in the autumn of 2022, we considered many sites, but still chose this one.Its advantage was the following:1the site is clean and new; 2the owners assured there will be garden furniture, which will accommodate all guests at the ceremony and in the evening; 3the choice was a traditional or buffet menu; 4 there is a gorgeous pond with goldfish where you can swim; 5 there is an opportunity to book a night for the newlyweds in the house; 6 you can book the site (hereinafter PL.) separately or with a building (hall = house). Having weighed all the pros and cons, we met with the owner on 11/19/12, told about the format of the holiday (buffet, many locations on the square, because it is spacious-it is safe for children, more than 10!!!, an animator and a cover are invited).We discussed everything point by point with our employee, signed a contract and made an advance payment. We agreed that we will be provided with menu options, and there will be a meeting of payment and approval of the event a week in advance. In March 2023, when the process of agreeing on the scenario began, it became clear:1)An additional building is being built on the Pl. The owner assured that all work will be completed by June.2) It is unacceptable to listen to music very loudly.Although, the contract stipulates restrictions after 22:00, I emphasize.On 06/19/2023, OUR meeting was held to coordinate.What turned out: 1The additional building is unfinished, there are building materials in it and the floor is not even covered!!!It was an IMPORTANT MOMENT for us because the place was chosen primarily because of the safety of children. 2 There is no garden furniture and there will not be.We were looking for furniture for rent.4 There was an unpleasant smell from the sewage system on the site. 5 The sound can be listened to as background.IE.we had to change the concept of the holiday.❗️On our day, 06/24/2023, the PL.was not ready.After the locations were placed, lawn cleaning began.The service is terrible (the guests cleaned the dirty dishes themselves).The receptionist KICKED out the guests, and we packed up under the flashlights of the phones, turned OFF at 23.20 and we communicated in whispers.

We had a buffet-type wedding at this venue. Yes, the playground is spacious, beautiful, new, clean, but as always there are nuances. There were some promises on the part of the organizers when booking the venue, but when we arrived a week before the holiday to pay for the event, nothing was fulfilled. At the expense of the buffet, the food is delicious, but the service is so-so, there were not enough waiters, the guests were asked to put dirty glasses of drinks on a separate table, because the waiters did not have time to clean them. On the day of the holiday, the site administration constantly adjusted the activities of the event organizers, which spoiled some moments of the holiday, although they were notified what and how would happen in advance. Well, the most interesting thing that the guests remembered was how the administrator kicked them out of the venue at the end of the event. It was just a circus. Customer focus is on top. And they also said that we (the site administrator) have been on the market for 10 years, everything will be at the highest level. Well, as if yes)
