A decent farm from Soviet times! I'm not kidding! Indeed, if you want to see how things were on a good Soviet farm, I definitely recommend you to visit! Thanks to the employee Irina for the informative story about the life of ostriches and other inhabitants of this positive farm.
We decided to stop by the ostrich farm in this estate on the way. (07/26/2020)
Payment cards are not accepted, only cash. The territory is divided into two parts – the manor and the farm. We didn't see anything extra like this in the manor area. There are really a lot of different animals and birds on the farm. But, despite the abundance of aviaries and pens, there are many birds and animals on the "samovygula". Including pigs. Because of this, the area is abundantly covered with excrement. There are practically no signs / signs of what kind of animal / bird it is. There are no employees in sight. It is unclear where to go.
Already leaving, an incident occurred, which forced me to write this review. The owner's dog got out of the enclosure. Caucasian Shepherd dog. We heard the heart-rending, inhuman scream of a worker (manager). Her daughter (the administrator? The cashier?) and she screamed that the dog had broken loose. Our women grabbed young children in their arms and ran away from the territory. Two other men and I ran back – there was a worker with a young grandson and one visitor. We managed to turn the dog's attention to ourselves with screams and stones so that the remaining ones could hide in some kind of building. Total: the worker's side was bitten, the visitor's back was scratched (when he was saving the child), the children were not physically injured.
The owner of the manor/dog arrived pretty quickly. But I was in no particular hurry to discipline my dog. Instead of apologizing, they heard from him, "well, I didn't do it on purpose...".
According to the employees, the dog listens only to the owner, it's not the first time it runs away....
Positive: There are a lot of birds and small animals.
Cons: dirt, life-threatening.
It's not an interesting place at all, 10 years ago, yes, it was cool, but now there are few people left there, there's nothing to look at. Only if anyone is interested, it's to buy an ostrich egg (100 rubles)
Horror, the road to them is hell, there is no sign, the point on the map does not match. Here we are, we don't have to run around the houses and ask about ostriches. We drove on without seeing it
Good evening. I booked a house in this farm for my birthday, the address was given, but it was unknown how to get there. Thank you Yandex. Maps, I wrote the address here and I was given the exact way and time on the road. Great app, I recommend it.
