It is a very beautiful place, the territory is well maintained. Excellent view of the reservoir from the terrace. There are questions about certain positions in terms of pricing, it was stuffy in the rooms (they are almost not ventilated with the door closed). Basic soap and a simple hair dryer would not hurt in the shower room. Given that mobile communications work there with varying success, having Internet access via Wi-Fi would be welcome.

A great place to relax. Cozy rooms, beautiful views, access to the water for swimming and fishing, delicious food, a super sauna, very friendly staff and a very affordable price tag. You can relax both together and with a large company. I highly recommend it!

Not a bad place to relax. The territory and the house are 4 out of 5. There is an exit to the river, but it is not possible to launch your water transport, the nearest place for descent is nearby, but after the rains the road is in huge pits and drains from the water (a classic sedan lies on the "belly"). The hosts are generally good. The price is too high (other houses are not inferior to this cheaper).

A terrible experience. We booked a manor, organized and planned our vacation for several days, while considering other estates, but as soon as we agreed with this one, we abandoned backup options and organized the transfer of prepayment. A day later, after receiving the prepayment, Valentina wrote to us that pets are not allowed. It was an extremely unpleasant surprise. We travel a lot around the Republic of Belarus and have not met such a rule anywhere in the agricultural estates.
The reserve estate was already occupied, as a result, our company turned out to be incomplete, there was nowhere to leave the dog.
I tried to negotiate with Valentina about an exception to her rule, to pay extra, to guarantee order, but her position did not change in any way. OK, as it is.
But after some more time, she called and canceled our reservation herself) without looking at the fact that we had already overplayed our plans and there was little time left before check-in, and it would most likely not be possible to find a replacement.
At the same time, she talked in a gentle voice about her level of service and how sorry she was, but in fact she did it as she was only comfortable and in fact, without even thinking about what situation she had led us into.

The owners shake money for absolutely everything, they do not stipulate in advance. At first, they discussed that breakfasts were included in the price of the house, then, as a result, they were asked to pay for them at an inadequate price. They even took money for using the tennis table, which is located in the house itself.
