We had a family vacation a week ago. A cozy and warm place, even in autumn. Forget about the blues for sure. Forest, fresh air, river. We organized fishing, the forest is rich in mushrooms (we did not collect the bag, but we made the harvest)))
A friendly, pleasant, responsive team. Top-class service. The kitchen is simply a masterpiece!!! The prices bite a little, but it's worth it, even with the example of serving dishes and taste qualities! Cozy, spacious and warm rooms! We planned our vacation in advance and the time flew by unnoticed, it's a pity that it wasn't a vacation, but a weekend! The bathhouse left a separate impression: spacious, with a swimming pool and herbal mattresses for a steam room!

I was there for 5 days in July 2024. An extremely pleasant and atmospheric place! The rooms are excellent, the service is also good, the food is delicious, the territory is beautiful, there is a mini zoo, a swimming pool, gazebos for barbecue (however, for an additional fee), access to the lake with swans! We stayed in a family room (on the second floor in a detached house). The room itself is large and roomy, there were 3 adults and two children, there was enough space for everyone.
The advantages of the room: spacious, there are 2 air conditioners, a refrigerator, a large table for groceries.
Cons of the room: the constant smell of sewage from the bathroom, a broken door of a cheap cabin, few places to place clothes, no sound insulation - you can hear everything that happens both in the neighbors and in the bath. I would like to note separately that there is a sauna under the room on the ground floor, and when it works in the bathroom there is also a bath, this is a disastrous decision (the next room had a bath in one of the rooms, so we were lucky).
The territory is not large, compact, but there is enough space for everyone. It is a paradise for children, there are many play areas, there are rabbits, geese and local cats.
There is a swimming pool, we were lucky that at the beginning of the holiday the water in it was blue, as soon as the heat started, it turned green - NO ONE WASHED IT OR CHANGED IT!!!! This is a huge disadvantage, so it is impossible, fellow owners. There are sun beds and tables near the pool and there are circles for children.
There is a playground in the forest with a sand, very convenient and pleasant.
There is a river nearby, descending the stairs, perhaps it is not convenient with small children, everything is fine for more adults (better than a green pool).
The kitchen in the cafe is very decent, the prices are too:) breakfasts are 8.5rubles, the average price of dishes is from 20 to 35 rubles. Delicious, fresh, no emergency occurred, many thanks to the chefs! Not cheap, but the food quality is great!
There are areas for frying meat, they are paid, I think this is not acceptable, I have not encountered this in other places of recreation. Guests should be able to make a barbecue for free, if they want, sell coal, meat, etc.
In general, the rest turned out to be fresh pine air, walks in the forest, beautiful nature.
You can get to the banquet, you need to take into account that it is noisy and a lot of people :)

The place is cool, quiet. Clean, cozy, lots of play space for children of different ages. Tandoor, cauldron, many barbecues, grills and skewers are available. Employees maintain cleanliness and order. The food is delicious and the portions are not small. If they write that the room is for up to 4 people, then this means that four people will stay comfortably in a spacious and cozy room. Oh, this is the place you want to go back to!) We drove here a little skeptically, but when we arrived at the territory, the opinion immediately changed to a very positive one. The rooms are clean, the forest is full of berries (blueberries, lingonberries) nearby, it is very sweet to sleep in a wooden guest house!)) The breakfasts are masterpieces, very tasty!!!The girls in the cafe are very friendly, so many thanks to Vera and Sofia and of course to the administrator Julia)) Brest is 195 km away... Nearby there is the town of Baranovichi, I advise you to visit, the city is beautiful, well-maintained and there are two landscaped zoos nearby. The rest in the Bear Blockage was a success!! During the 9 days of rest, the pool was not filled, it was important for us. It is located right in the village, you can only eat at the hotel itself in a cafe, or you can constantly travel by car to other places, but if there are no options without a car, respectively, the prices for dishes are inflated. In general, the place is an entourage, but there are drawbacks. There is nothing to do for more than 3 days. Well, I would like to draw the attention of the management, if people rent a deluxe room, then everything in it should correspond to the declared level. There is a broken door in the shower cabin, and the tiles on the floor spoil the impression. A couple of days after arrival, the Wi-Fi in the room flew, it was not fixed in a week. The children liked everything, there are playgrounds for children. Well, as previously written, there is a problem with noise insulation, it is impossible to sleep from Friday to Sunday, because banquets are organized there, and gazebos are located right under the bedroom balcony. If you do not go with the expectation of European class service, then you can come for quite a few days, preferably on weekdays

I really want our review to be read by the owner) we are very grateful for the rest in the Bear blockage, but I would like to draw the owner's attention to important nuances, having solved which the place will become simply excellent! First of all, on the positive side: excellent location, near the lake, magical swans, cozy territory, spacious rooms, kind and helpful staff, cleaning at least every day, changing towels. From what can be fixed to become better: bathrooms require repair, although the rooms themselves are good- comfortable beds, extra sleeping places, constant blockages in the shower were asked to be fixed literally every day, the pool needs to be kept with clear water otherwise the charm disappears, and it is very convenient with children, to remove cobwebs from common areas use (dining area near the cafe), we were not allowed (except for the first dinner) to use a large table, although our company of 14 people often had nowhere to sit, replace feather pillows with light ones, otherwise sleep becomes a torment, if you make gazebos behind the hotel in good quality, then also + 100 to the place! Otherwise, we thank the staff and Borisovich personally very much!

The cafe's cuisine is excellent, but does not match the price, for this location the cost of dishes should be reduced at least twice. The place is interesting, the surroundings. For the first time we are trying the "Belarusian atdykh". For two or three days it is possible, no more. I do not advise you to book from Friday to Sunday, you will not sleep, a banquet hall is rented, and there will be a constant hubbub and noise from music under the windows. The whole family did not sleep, there is no one to present claims, people have paid for the rent of the hall and do not intend to sit quietly. The rooms are not cleaned, the garbage was taken out by themselves. In general, it's not bad, the child liked it. Except for the last sleepless night.

A great place to relax! We were with the children for 4 days! I really liked it! There is a salt cave, a sauna with a swimming pool, and the entire courtyard is covered with playgrounds. We also rented bicycles and went for a ride! Cats, dogs, rabbits and geese live on the territory. We went in the spring, it was too early to ride a boat, there is a lake nearby, you can fish. We stayed at this base for several days. Everything is very cozy, the territory, the pool, nice large rooms, special thanks to the waitress for excellent service, and to the cook for very tasty and home-cooked dishes! The sauna is just a fairy tale! Incredibly atmospheric, cozy, spacious... You just walk in and you immediately feel the smell of wood, steamed brooms, everything is so beautiful and made with taste, love of detail, I want to look at everything!! The steam room is super, I really liked it, the brooms are incredibly fragrant and very large, it's great!! The pool is generally a separate pleasure, the water is just super, so soft, clean, the temperature is what you need! We stayed at the manor with our family for two days. I've been looking at this place for a long time and wanted to rest there longer, but it was only free for two days. As it turned out later, it was for the best.
To begin with, I was looking for this place to relax, as there were breakfasts included in the room rate and a large playground (we were with two children). As a result, when we arrived, we saw that part of the playground was being painted, and this was the smell of paint and the inability to let the children run alone around the territory. The painting was not limited to one evening, they painted all the two days that we were there. As the owner of the estate said, "for your own good, otherwise people came and complained." Question: why couldn't you do the painting in the spring, when the season starts and there are few or no guests at the manor... And breakfast has been paid since August 1. The price for breakfast is a small 4.5, so we decided not to get upset and still order. But, unfortunately, pancakes with cottage cheese and oatmeal porridge seemed very sweet to my son and me, and the youngest's omelet was very salty. As a result, the children did not have breakfast properly.
There are a lot of good things in the reviews about the interesting territory, but my inner aesthete just cried. There's a lot of stuff mixed up in the territory. And if some of the decor elements are interesting individually, then everything looks ridiculous together. There are only white tiles on the stairs in the guest house, a two-meter Lenin standing in the corner, a drawing of a lady with a dog on the second floor and a girl of easy virtue sculpted on the wall at the entrance to the game room. Only the bears standing below reminded that the manor was called "Bear's Blockage". For me, it all created the atmosphere of some kind of attic, where everything is in a row.
The room at first glance is not bad, but in the bathroom we had a running shower, there was not a single shelf in the shower (there was nowhere to put soap). The bathroom has been renovated... Sloppy. The stucco on the top of the wall was apparently left from a previous repair, the tiles on the wall end before the platbands on the bathroom door begin, and a wire sticks out of the wall, which is good that it was wrapped with duct tape. The bathroom door is sagging and rubs against the floor when you try to open it completely. Doors, by the way, are different everywhere and the cheapest with glass. In my opinion, at least the entrance to the room could be done without glass, so that the light left by someone in the middle of the night in the common corridor would not interfere. and there would be a plus to noise insulation. In the hallway of the room there is a small refrigerator and an electric kettle on it. There is a kettle, no outlet. Well, take out the refrigerator cord for 5 minutes and put the kettle on to boil. But the cord does not reach the outlet, since the outlet is higher. Thoughtfulness is 0.
There is also a game room on the territory of the estate, where there is billiards and table tennis. But it's like someone chewed on the table tennis rackets. And the billiard cue is a separate topic altogether. When we arrived, we saw that there were two cues: one was completely broken, even without a sticker, and the second was good. We played with one cue and went for a walk around the territory. Then they saw that a good cue was being quietly taken away somewhere. The next day, there was no good cue anywhere. As the owner said later, "we hide this good cue when we give it to them." Well, first of all, in order to ask, you need to know that there is a good cue (and we might not have seen it on the first evening). And secondly, if we want to play at 10 p.m., then where to look for who to ask for this cue (there is no reception or something like that in the manor)... In addition, it would not hurt to put bars on the windows in the playroom. on a hot evening, if the windows are open there, moths fly to the light above the billiard table, which then just lie on the table, sometimes smeared during the game. And it wouldn't hurt to clean up the game room more often.

The road from Minsk is excellent - it does not bother, on asphalt, 1.5 hours and you are there. The service is excellent, I would say sincere. $ is very acceptable! The pool is invigorating, there is something to do, leisure can be varied at your discretion. The bathhouse is a tower, large and comfortable, order it - you will not regret it. But... the estate needs to be closed for 2 months for repairs (before that, make a large list of defects)! Replace everything that has fallen off, sagged, jammed, peeled off - update the coverings of tables, railings, floors, lay electrics in a human way ..... in short, put a master's hand, because in a year everything will become completely deplorable.
