A great place to relax with both children and loved ones , a bathhouse font near the lake is literally a 5-minute walk , everything in the house is done smartly and cleanly cozy . I advise everyone and we will come again and more than once

We had a great rest . The barbecue and gazebo are comfortable . The bathhouse is cool and the font is good . But when it's + 29 outside, it doesn't need to be heated in any case. There are sleeping places, but it is unlikely that you will get out into a dream to sleep. The estate is divided into 2 plots , so you will have neighbors who are unlikely to sleep either (ours subsided only by 9 am :)) . The lake beach is a 5-8 minute walk away. It 's closer to the lake itself . Good luck to the host and a little more welcoming mood

It's a wonderful place. We had a rest with a big family, everyone really liked it. The house is large, clean, neat, well maintained. The territory is large, two gazebos, a trampoline, a children's slide, a sauna, a Jacuzzi.

The territory is small, the house is divided into two parts, the rooms are tiny. There is a sauna with a banquet hall on site. The manor is in the forest, the gates are not closed, it's scary. All premises are occupied at the same time, i.e. different companies are located on the same territory. They don't warn you that you won't be alone there. In our case, our neighbors were with very young children and, of course, the music and laughter of someone else's company disturbed them very much. As a result, one family went home at night, because the child could not sleep. There were some neighbors on the first day, and new ones came in on the second. It's scary to leave things on the street, strangers can freely steal or break something.

For the first time we had a family vacation at the Dream farmstead last year in winter. The place is impressive and attracts at any time of the year and in any weather... Therefore, it was decided to spend a vacation in the summer definitely here, only with a larger composition. I can't tell you what nature is here... A fabulously picturesque, quiet, wonderful place with a view of the Molochnoye Lake... Beautiful nature, fresh air, silence... A friendly, sincere host who treats every guest with trepidation... Special thanks to Ignat for catching crayfish and a catamaran tour of the lake... We really rested comfortably in body and soul... The six days spent flew by like one, which leaves a sad imprint on itself. But we will definitely come back to you! I would like to wish stability and prosperity. Good luck to you! P.S. For me, the time spent in the "Dream" was a wonderful proof that a vacation in my country can bring as many amazing memories and pleasant emotions as at sea.

It 's just an incredibly cool place ... We rested repeatedly with the company. We held corporate parties. The owners are just gorgeous, young, responsive, the alpha dog is just always his own))) a wood-burning sauna, a house with real heating, many amenities TV, satellite, fireplace, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, cool, stereo system (awesome loud), the lake is just around the corner, and there is a beauty I recommend it to everyone

The feeling that the walls are made of cardboard, if they talk in the second half of the house, they will not even be able to sleep. The actual number of beds is greatly exaggerated, unless of course you are a Swedish family and do not want to sleep six in one room. For some reason, the owner of the estate decided to put two people in half of the house with three rooms, and six people in half with two rooms. Such a vacation, when we had to sleep together like in a dorm. Such nuances were not discussed on the phone. In fact, whoever arrived earlier chose the best half for himself. It's a disappointment, of course, but you can't go back. Plus, left-wing people come to rent a sauna and roast kebabs and drink in a gazebo on the adjacent territory. Some helpers went around, did some repair work in the gazebos. In a word, such a vacation with privacy in nature.

The location of the estate is super, but something else is upsetting: the owners of the estate obviously do not bother with cleanliness and comfort!!! Two small rooms! In one of them, the owner will accommodate two, in the second he will offer six to spend the night!!!!!!!!!!!!!That's another dorm it turns out: neither put things (there are simply no chairs, and there is nowhere to put them), nor sit down, and it's problematic to just pass!!! It's stuffy and hot-there are a lot of people, little comfort)))But this is not all the delights of the Hostel!!!! On his modest acres, the owner will definitely choose a company for you: some will rest (with overnight accommodation, of course! there's a sofa there too!!!)in the bathhouse, under your windows, others are in the same house, only on the other side))) So fans of communal recreation are welcome!!! After a rest in the "Dream" it becomes clear why the reviews are so few and mostly of the past years!!!! Guests of this "wonderful" place BE CAREFUL and be prepared for the fact that the owner of the agro-estate Ignat, for your truthful review, will not start to restore cleanliness and order, coziness and comfort in the house, but would fix everything, but will choose another way to raise the rating of his business: first he will look for loopholes to remove your review, and then, if you do not follow the lead, he will start slandering you!!!!!! Ignat, I, a working person, can afford to buy a bottle of cognac myself, and people leave good reviews when they have comfortable conditions for recreation, and you mislead people!!! There were 9 of us, of which there were 4 adults, 2 teenagers of 16 years old and for whom you charged us the cost for both adults and 3 children. You knew about the number of visitors and "allocated" us "as much as 60 sq. m.!" for 9 people!!!!!! We were not warned about this (otherwise we would not have gone!!!) as well as the fact that the company is already resting on the territory and it is planned to "move in" to the bathhouse!!!! In a word, it was not a vacation, but just a "Dream"...........

We stopped at the manor while passing through. Besides us, a couple from St. Petersburg spent the night at the manor, but we did not hear or see each other ... A wonderful, quiet, cozy place. The size of the apartment surprised me)) I especially liked the lounge area (glass veranda) After a long journey, it was so nice to drink a glass of wine on it)) Everything is very clean, the kitchen is well equipped, we felt at home)) The estate has its own access to the lake, we managed to walk there...My daughter played darts until dark. A pleasant evening, a good sleep))
