We chose it for the anniversary celebration and were very satisfied. The location of the estate is convenient, Parking is available, the territory is large, isolated from other residential buildings. In the evening, the territory is festively illuminated. The banquet hall is warm and comfortable, with air conditioning, and a fireplace in the hallway. The dishes are varied and delicious, beautifully decorated. The service is decent, the service is good, the individual approach to each guest. There is enough space in the hall for a feast, a photo zone and for dancing. The presenter with the equipment also has a place to sit. The guest houses are warm and cozy, all conditions for temporary accommodation are created. On the downside: "Birthday is only once a year!"

Great place! Celebrated 13.05.2024. christening in the "Lukomorye". The kitchen is wonderful, the service is competent and polite (thanks to clever Alla), the interior is in good style, with taste. It is felt that the owner Leonid puts his soul into the institution. The courtyard is beautifully equipped, there are locations for artistic photos. We recommend visiting the beautiful "Lukomorye"!
