I have no complaints about the supermarket itself everything is great. However, the café located next to it has a completely unreasonable policy: you can’t take sweet pastries to go. It’s very convenient for me to stop by before work, quickly grab something without waiting in line, and head out. But they force you to go into the main store to make the purchase, arguing that items bought at the café must be eaten on-site. I find this rule absolutely illogical and unfair to customers. It creates significant inconvenience, because I’m paying for the product and it should be my right to decide where I eat it at home or elsewhere.
So basically, they refuse to sell me the product unless I agree to eat it right there in front of them. How is that even acceptable?

The children liked the tortillas with cheese.
But one day there were 20 people at the ticket offices and it was not moving very dynamically. There is also no cash register for single purchases. I took 3 buns and waited at the checkout while the others unloaded their carts.
And as for a single product or self-service, I would really fix the situation!

Agrohab Batumi is a modern grocery supermarket where you can find almost all the goods that are not available in ordinary shops in Batumi. The store looks beautiful and well maintained, and offers a wide range of products. Although the prices here are slightly higher than in other stores. There is a large free parking lot, there are always plenty of places and carts available. The staff is polite and trained, the ticket offices work without queues.

We bought a steak in a vacuum package on the evening of 05/07/2025, came home, put it in the refrigerator to cook for lunch in the afternoon, opened the package, the steak had a rotten smell, did not dare to eat it, went to the store and demanded a refund, offered an exchange for another steak, the store manager claimed that "the steak was stored outside the refrigerator" but no less offered a choice of another steak or make a refund. We decided to take another steak, arrived home, opened the package, the smell of one half of the steak was more or less normal, the other smelled a little, we thought, maybe it already seemed, we decided to fry until fully cooked, the smell of rotten beef was still present, it tasted the same, spat out everything and threw it away! The horror! Also, blame the customer for not putting it in the fridge right away?! The packing date of the steak was 05/06/2025, valid until 05/20/2025, the meat looks normal, but nevertheless the meat was probably spoiled before packaging or the storage standards of the meat itself were violated in production.... Conclusion: choose a refund of goods and money! And don't take steaks at the AGROHUB!

An amazing store, I strongly advise you to take meat here, fresh, delicious, in general, when you learned about the Agrohab, you only went here for meat. Fruits and vegetables are also an extensive selection, it is clear that the shelves are being updated, there is nothing for lying. The staff is polite, not all, but most speak and understand Russian and can suggest a choice. They also often bought raspberry jam here, since the child was often sick, and for some reason it was problematic to find jam, the jam was delicious, several jars were even bought for gifts. Parking is paid, 1 or 2 GEL, I don't remember anymore, but 9/10 times we parked on the street in front of the store, since the cart is allowed to be taken outside and packages do not have to be carried to the car, you can also take it.

This is the only big store in Batumi with fresh and delicious products. There is a department with fresh meat, vegetables (delicious small cucumbers, tomatoes) and fruits, there is a department with ready-made food and fresh pastries (I took cakes, cakes, pastries and cookies), a department with milk, cheese and sausages (sausages and sausages are delicious only from them, the local factory is like paper). You can buy semi-finished products and cook them at home in half an hour. Some things can only be bought here. There is also a wine shop in the store building, where wine is distinguished directly from a barrel for little money. There is a pharmacy. The prices here are above average, but the products are excellent! There is a cafe at the exit, you can drink coffee while waiting for a taxi)

I have been constantly buying groceries here for 2 years now. Terribly spoiled. I didn't buy the meat fresh several times - I returned it - they changed it immediately, but I was wasting my time. Products are mixed by employees who are ready to kill you with a look, constantly muttering to themselves in Georgian under their breath - such a service in such an expensive store is simply unacceptable! So the management allows it! There is a worthy replacement - carrefour (there is a large store near the stadium), not a foot here anymore! It's just rude!

My favorite store. I've been eating 80% cooking from here for almost a year now.
Mashed potatoes and chicken fillet in cream sauce with tarragon are made very tasty here.
There are also excellent dairy products: cottage cheese and sour cream by weight are very tasty.
