I've been here multiple times. The atmosphere is wonderful – quiet, peaceful, and full of tranquility by the park. Especially on nice days, sitting on the terrace is truly delightful.
There's something interesting about the food and desserts here. This restaurant might serve the most delicious chicken you can find in Almaty, and their burgers are also quite tasty plus their desserts are fresh. They have an extensive breakfast menu. However, here’s the catch: their pizza is terrible. I really can’t understand why. They need to make a decision—if they can’t make pizza well, they should remove it from the menu. Even fast-food pizza is better than theirs.
Another thing to note: as is typical in Almaty, your order might arrive wrong or not as you requested. Also, keep in mind that they seem to have only one English-speaking waiter. But thankfully they have English menu 👍
When it comes to prices, they’re a bit more expensive compared to similar places. Another annoying detail: while the standard service charge in the country is 10%, here it’s 15%. Why?
In conclusion, despite these issues, I’d still recommend trying it at least once for its clean restrooms, pleasant indoor/outdoor ambiance, and mostly delicious food (except the pizza, of course).

A very atmospheric cafe with a thoughtful interior and excellent cuisine. The chef added original dishes to the menu, very tasty desserts, especially passion fruit cake. The cafe is located in the park of 28 Panfilov residents, a beautifully decorated summer house with a view of the park has already opened.

A very good location of this institution is located in the upper part of the park almost at the exit. After a pleasant walk, you can go for coffee or something stronger, as well as order a hookah. Inside there are huge stained glass windows, through which it is pleasant to watch what is happening in the park. There is both a terrace and a summer garden. The kitchen was pleasantly surprised, the food is delicious, the portions have a good yield. Charmed meat solyanka with its slicing, very small, such slicing is not often found. Stewed meat to match mashed potatoes, too, do not chew. I recommend a mandatory visit to this institution. The average check for a person without alcohol and hookah ~ $20~$25

I would include this restaurant in the top 10 of my favorite places: located in the center of the park 28 Panfilovtsam, two verandas (summer and winter with soft windows), a magical atmosphere, a balanced menu and an unusual Nicoise with fresh pieces of tender tuna, you can smoke a hookah, Elizabeth and Daria (waitresses) take care of everything to you just have to enjoy your time.

The food, everything is cooked delicious. The atmosphere is cozy, we were on the second floor, the fan was additionally turned on, which is a big plus on a warm evening. The music was not loud, which did not interfere with communication. But it was possible to dance. The staff worked, there are no complaints. It can be safely recommended for a civilized holiday, a company, or two, it will be equally cozy.

The location is great, but as when this place had a different name, the cat there is something, nothing has changed in terms of service. We came to eat with our family. We sat down at a table outside. The table was dirty, stained, something had been spilled. There was a napkin under the table. The waiters did not come for 10-15 minutes. Then they called themselves. We made an order. The order was delivered 40 minutes later, not earlier. Pizza, tea and 2 coffees. Although the drinks could have been brought right away. The pizza was already cold, so the drinks were made after the pizza was made and still couldn't be brought until it cooled down. There were no napkins on the table. They brought it only when they asked for it. There's sugar on the table in bags and it's gone. Tea was already drunk without sugar. Apparently, this concern for our health is so strange. During all this time, we were not approached even once, until my wife went inside to them herself. When we ordered tea with milk ourselves, we were asked to bring milk separately or pour it into the kettle immediately. We asked them to pour it right away. They were brought separately as a result. The receptionist was called, but he or she did not come. Conclusion: if you just want to sit and not order anything, relax on the sofas, so to speak, then this is a great place. It is guaranteed that no one will bother you. By the way, for the first time before the rebranding, we left there after making an order and not waiting for it. In general, the service is at the level of some provincial city in a backward country, although this is also a controversial statement, perhaps it would still be better there.

It was 13.08. An absolute disappointment. You are neither met nor escorted. You have to ask for everything yourself: bring the menu, put napkins on the table, ask for an order, and so on. Our order was waited for 30-40 minutes and this is a CLUB SANDWICH, which turned out to be cold and salty, with a bunch of mayonnaise and absolutely tasteless. It is better to buy in a store.
During the whole time, the waiter never came up. Indeed, if you want to sit in silence so that no one touches you, come. Even the administrator, seeing that you are leaving, looks at you with zero reaction.
It's just awful. It's a pity for time and money
