A pleasant and good hotel, which I can safely recommend to active tourists who, by and large, need to spend the night and have breakfast.
I completely agree with other staff reviews. They are really very attentive guys. They are friendly and try to help with any issues.
Always a thorough cleaning and clean towels with linen. However, sometimes the cleaner forgot to bring us new water, but it was easily solved by a call.
From small remarks:
- water after a shower often ends up on the bathroom floor,
- the standard room is quite compact,
- the hot breakfast is somewhat monotonous - omelette, scrambled eggs and French fries. The cook's scrambled eggs were slightly worse)
But there is also a delicious and nutritious buffet with snacks, vegetables and fruits.
I recommend trying hummus with omelet for breakfast - it's delicious and adds the right spice.
Turkish tea is also brought separately. Overall, the hotel is pleasant and has obvious advantages.:
- good price/quality ratio;
- convenient location (within walking distance of all the main attractions of the city - St. Peter's Cathedral). Sofia, Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Egyptian Market);
- the view from the terrace is just great. You can bring food with you and eat there while enjoying the views.;
- great staff;
- cleanliness and high-quality cleaning.
A good hotel, the most convenient location is not on a busy street, i.e. it is quite quiet. There is a tram, metro, buses nearby and a 10-minute walk to the ferry. They mostly used the tram and ferry. The usual breakfast is fried eggs, some vegetables and fruits, coffee, tea, sweets, and there are French fries. Towels are changed every day, linen on request. The staff is friendly, they don't speak Russian, but they study it) The roof terrace is excellent.
Nice hotel, with a good location. The rooms have everything: tea, coffee and a kettle. Gels, shampoos, disposable slippers. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is monotonous, but it's like always in such hotels. 1.5 liters of water is supplied every day and cleaning is carried out every day. There is a rooftop terrace with views of the Bosphorus, Topkapi and Hagia Sophia.
A great hotel with a great location. Beautiful view of the Bosphorus. The staff is probably the best I've ever met in hotels. Very polite and helpful guys. On their own initiative, they helped to solve the problem with the transfer. It worked just great!!! And not just one person, but all of the staff who met at the hotel are like that. A terrace with stunning views of the city and the Bosphorus, where you can both take food and just spend time. I highly recommend it!!!! There are a lot of different places to eat around.
Polite staff. The service is quite decent. The room we booked on the third floor turned out to be smaller in size, we were kindly offered another room on the ground floor and therefore had no view, but you can take the elevator to the upper veranda, which offers views of the Bosphorus and the Golden Horn, especially in the evening it looks effective. The location is convenient, near Sultan Ahmet and Sofia. Lots of restaurants and cafes.
Great hotel. The location is very good, we had a mini-balcony in our room and faced the bathhouse, which is directly opposite the hotel. Clear. The audibility is really decent, especially through the front door. Breakfast is very normal, not for gourmets, of course)) You can ask for an omelette, tea and coffee in Turkish. Everything you need in the room is soap and soap, shampoo, gel, conditioner, comb, 2 towels per person (changed every day), slippers. There were no toothbrushes or toothpaste just now.) All plumbing is in very good and working condition. There is a safe in the closet. TV. Air conditioning (not used). The size of the room is quite normal. There is also a table with an electric kettle and coffee accessories, cups, glasses, a large bottle of water, fresh fruits were still lying on arrival. A small refrigerator was also in the closet. Well, there is a wonderful observation terrace on the roof (5th floor by elevator). All the staff are really very helpful and friendly. In general, I highly recommend it.
They feed you a lot, but there's nothing to eat. This is if you don't know that eggs can be cooked in any form - just say what you want. The rooms are good, everything you need is there. I won't write about the location - ideally, there are two alcohol shops in three minutes (turn left and straight 70m to the big one, and 100m to the small one). There's also a pharmacy. The bay is 15-20 minutes away. The terrace above is just a fairy tale, my feet rested there before going to bed. The staff is a fairy tale, they smile and help with everything, they were happy to help print out return tickets.
"Cons":
On the way back, you have to go uphill!
The call to prayer is invigorating early in the morning
The rooms are clean and warm, but compact, the staff is friendly, the buffet breakfast is everything you need, the hotel has a terrace with a great view
I lived in a nearby hotel, but they allowed me to go up to the observation deck without any problems! Polite staff! They told me how to get through, gave me an umbrella) the photos turned out great! Kind of fire! The whole city is in full view !
Everything is great!
Polite and very attentive
staff!
Clear!
Cozy!
The breakfast is delicious!
From tirrassa there is a magnificent view of the Bosphorus!
Excellent free observation deck. They let me in without any problems. The terrace offers excellent views both day and night. We visited the terrace day and night as well)))
A great simple hotel. We were unlucky with the weather, we didn't have breakfast with a view of the Bosphorus. We will definitely check in here in March, everything is nearby.
We didn't stay at the hotel, but we were allowed to go up to the terrace for a review.
I liked the view from the terrace.
It's not such a popular place, so there were no people on the terrace.
A wonderful mini-hotel. As far as I understand, this is a family business. The room service is wonderful. The bathroom has shampoo conditioner and shower gel, soap, shower caps. Towels are changed every day. There is everything you need for a morning meal. The air conditioner is noisy and the sound insulation is not super, but it saved from the heat and worked hard every day, saving from the heat. I would come again
Great hotel! Good breakfasts. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. Clean linen. The highlight is the panoramic track on the roof of the hotel.
Just a great hotel! Magnificent view from the windows of the room and from the observation deck! Ideal for being in the center of Istanbul. Impeccable service!
