Review: Agile Italian Services Private Limited – A Disappointing Experience
I recently had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Agile Italian Services Private Limited in Islamabad. I submitted my documents on the 8th of August, with a dispatching date of 27th August. When I called them on the 27th to check the status, they blatantly lied, claiming the documents had already been dispatched. The same situation repeated the next day, and again on the 29th—each time they assured me the documents were sent, yet provided no tracking ID.
Despite my repeated calls and requests for tracking information, the representative continued to lie and eventually stopped picking up my calls altogether. It wasn't until I involved my brother, who is a lawyer, that they reluctantly admitted there was an issue, blaming the courier company for possibly losing my documents. Due to their incompetence and lack of transparency, the Italian portal I needed to submit my documents to is now closed.
After several emails and escalating the matter, they finally dispatched the documents on 2nd September, and I received them on the 3rd. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, and I strongly advise anyone considering using their services to look elsewhere. Their unreliability could have serious consequences, as it did for me.
Don't rely on them if your documents are important—seek out a more trustworthy and responsive service provider.
