Clean, cozy, but.... We lived on the 4th floor, there is a banquet hall above us. It was very noisy. The breakfasts are modest and empty plates are in no hurry to replenish. We ordered room service - fast, tasty and large portions. We went to the sauna and swimming pool. The plus is that there were no people at all, but the fact that you had to turn on the sauna yourself and wait for it to heat up is not very convenient.

The best hotel.
This is the second time I've stopped, and I want to come back again.
Excellent staff. It seems that they want to serve you better than you expect.
Room cleaning on demand, and with a complete replacement of everything: slippers, towels, cosmetics, shampoo balms, brushes, razors, foam, paste, as well as constantly replenished water, tea, coffee and so on. Everything is always in perfect cleanliness.
The rooms are pleasant to stay in, everything is very ergonomic and aesthetically pleasing. Well thought out and convenient.
The breakfasts are very plentiful and varied. In principle, you can only have breakfast and then have dinner at the restaurant. By the way, the hotel has a very good restaurant. Food was often ordered from there. Prices, of course. Above average, but by Russian standards, plus or minus is normal. And everything is very tasty.
The pool is really warm enough for me. It's 28 degrees there. I feel hot. But you can swim. There are also two saunas at different temperatures and showers nearby, which is very convenient. There are also showers and toilets in the changing rooms.
The only disadvantage is the location. It's quite a long way to the center. But it's quiet and there are no crowds of people. From the windows, especially in the morning, there is a magnificent view of Ararat. And it costs 5 stars.

I stayed at the hotel from April 9th to 17th.
Everyone is very attentive and helpful. The service is top notch, the staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. The rooms are very spacious, clean, beautiful furniture, interesting design! The showers are small, but with high-quality plumbing, a full set of cosmetics!
The breakfasts are varied and delicious.
The room service was pleasant - everything is fast and beautiful, the serving and the quality of the dishes are at the highest level, and very large portions.
The pool is clean, there are few swimmers, the gym is equipped with Matrix simulators - good equipment)
The location is not the most successful, but it took only 10 minutes to get to the center by taxi, it didn't bother.
I definitely recommend the hotel!

Of the disadvantages, there is nowhere to walk around the hotel, there is nowhere to go nearby. The hotel is located by the road, it is uncomfortable to go out on the balcony. In the morning, there is a noise from the road.

Pleasant spacious rooms, a spa and a swimming pool are on the level, but the guys cosmetics (gels, shampoos, etc.) are level 3*, they fall far short of the stated level.
Who cares about walking distance to the center - this hotel is not about that, it is more for those who care about accessibility to the airport and departure from the city

I really liked the hotel, 10-15 minutes by taxi from the city center. The perfect polite staff, all issues were resolved just in a minute. A spacious and beautiful room, I would say very spacious. Stylish, delicious breakfasts! 10 out of 10👍

I stayed with my family at the hotel. We were not greeted kindly at the reception at all. I asked on my own what documents were needed, after the girls silently made photocopies of passports and literally threw the keys, figure it out on your own, it's called how to get into the room, whether we like it or not, it wasn't even discussed. Look for an elevator, stuff in your teeth and go ahead! Everything is on your own. They quickly said through gritted teeth that the pool and breakfast were on the ground floor. No one accompanies you to your room. They gave one key card for three people. And it's normal for the girls Mane and Asya Narutyunyan to discuss guests with very incorrect expressions in Armenian! And only from the first moment I wanted to solve everything normally, without rudeness and malice! I understand the language and not only, but my Armenian friends were very surprised by such rudeness, but apparently the girls do not realize this and allow rudeness towards the newcomers. This is an out-of-the-ordinary behavior. They are not worthy to work in such a hotel. It's 5 stars! The reception is the face of the hotel. Horror. Disappointment.
There is an elevator and stairs. The room turned out to be quite normal, the bed linen was clean, white towels in sufficient quantity, bathroom accessories, soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, razor and caps, toothbrushes and paste. Everything is in abundance. The mini bar is paid, the price tag is cosmic, there are plenty of shops near the hotel, it's not even worth overpaying. The water was replenished free of charge every day. There were problems with hot water, icy water was pouring for several days, and again Mane argued that it was necessary to turn on the faucet and wait for the water to heat up and that there were no complaints except for us from any guest! Surprisingly. Thanks to the manager, he solved this issue quickly. He apologized. Sauna - you come everything is off. It's cold. They save electricity. Guests turn on their own and wait for the sauna to heat up. The pool is very chlorinated water. Clear. The waterfall works - if you turn it on yourself. The fitness room is 24/7. Nice, small. Naturally, the hotel sells subscriptions to the pool and gym. Sometimes there are a lot of people. Everyone jumps and swims as they want, no one is watching this. Air conditioning is shared everywhere. He can't cope with the heat. It was set at 16 degrees, fully blown and barely cooled to 24 ' 0 C. Breakfast is normal. Eggs, omelet, pilaf, porridge, cereals, sausage, cheese, pastries, fruits, tea, coffee, juices. It suited us. Everything is fresh and delicious. The waiters work perfectly, polite, friendly, helpful and friendly! Thank them for their work! The women clean the rooms well, every day. Thanks! The Internet works without any problems. There is an underground parking and a small playroom for children.
There was a check-out, in a few days I turned to the guy at the reception, he worked the night shift, extended my room until 17:00 and I was ready to pay, I stood with a card in my hands! But he told me, since there are no guests and reservations, I extended it, everything is fine, no one will require anything. Having left, of course, Mane and Asya did not ignore it, presented everything to the highest standard. I replied that I had already solved this issue with the guy at the reception. But no! Greed and attitude are making themselves felt. I don't mind 20 thousand drams, but these ladies didn't want to pay anything for their rudeness and ridicule behind the guests' backs, and why did the guy say that I wouldn't owe anything, and then suddenly they billed me like for a full day, everything in Armenian is standard among themselves.Deception is all around! Mane decided to figure out the relationship to the end and turned to personalities: "What have we done to you?" The answer is one - take the money right away and don't mislead people! I advise the management to fully watch the video and audio recordings from the cameras and take action! I will never come to this hotel after two ladies! They ruined the whole impression, completely blocked all the advantages! My friends were shocked by this attitude and humiliation from the ladies. I will never come to this hotel again, I do not want to tolerate such rude women!

For 5 stars, the service is terrible. We wanted to order juice in the room, there is no fruit, when they will bring I don't know, well, maybe there will be, etc. The kitchen is sooo long and super expensive. The air conditioning didn't work in the friends' room, so they moved them only with an extra charge, although the hotel was generally empty. Saunas worked every other time. 2 stars only for a good repair.

The hotel is new, the room is clean, large, and has everything you need. The temperature in the spa area is higher than the usual room temperature, which is a plus, allowing you to comfortably enjoy your vacation without freezing. They booked in advance, asked for a room with one bed (they wrote that they were newlyweds), but they gave a room with separate beds. Another disadvantage is the remoteness of the hotel from the center and the lack of shops and cafes nearby.

Of all the hotels in Yerevan, I prefer this one. Luxury rooms, kitchen, swimming pool. One drawback is the location. But, I almost always settle in it, since taxis are inexpensive.

Nice hotel, clean, beautiful.
I put 4 since breakfast starts at 8:30 in the morning.
I don't understand why everywhere from 7 a.m., they have later. To my every question, the reception does not know the answer why they are needed there. If you look for a restaurant nearby to eat, it's either very expensive or a diner.

The worst hotel in Yerevan! SOOO FAR FROM THE CITY CENTER! Not every taxi driver agreed to take us. Disgusting breakfasts, with a maximum of 2 stars. Residents of neighboring houses come to the pool, gym and steam room. But! The most terrible thing is the staff at the reception. I still did not understand why they were there. The TV in the room did not work for 5 days of stay. Nobody cared at the reception!!!! Our vacation was ruined! Don't make our mistakes, don't buy into beautiful photos and attractive prices. they are low because the service is disgusting.
