We had a rest in Agave at the end of June 2024 with two children. We really liked everything, Nikolai and his brother Alexey are very friendly.Clean and very cozy room, good location on the mountain. I've always dreamed of living right in the mountains. You come out and in front of you are vines, beautiful rocks, laurel trees. And what gorgeous views from the balcony!!! The sea is visible. Birds chirp in the morning. The room was clean, fresh white linen, we had our own kitchen with all the necessary things. The shower is beautiful with three types of watering cans, including a rain shower. There is a washing machine in the room. At our request, they put two double sofas for children of different sexes and it was not crowded for us. They offered cleaning-we refused, I wiped the floor myself every day for 2 minutes, it's not a problem for me-but it's always clean. On the 5th day, we changed the towels to clean ones. The hotel is located in staraya Gagra, a very good location, at the bottom there is an open area accessible to all comers of the beautiful Nart and Amra hotels, on the beaches of which we rested. On the beautiful playground in Nart, children played in the shade of plane trees, and played table tennis for free in Chelyuskintsev, in Amr they dined in a chic restaurant for a normal price. You can walk to the Gagripsh restaurant along the beautiful embankment or along the Seaside Park. The beach is clean and well maintained, 7 minutes down the mountain, not crowded, which was very pleasant. I was very worried about prepayment for accommodation, as they booked in Avito, and Abkhazia is not paid in Avito the way Russian cities are. But as it turned out, I was worried in vain. Communication with Nikolai continued after the payment, the check-in was excellent. I transferred the remaining amount already for the 5th day of my stay))) I would like to note that we did not use air conditioning at all-we enjoyed the cool mountain air, although it was very hot down on the beach. We plan to return here next year.

We stayed in Agave in June 2024. I liked everything very much, the room was clean, fresh white linen, a shared kitchen with all necessary things, even with a ps game console) Parking for the car is always freely available. In the morning, the beauty is silence, the birds are chirping. The hotel is located in staraya Gagra, you can walk to the Gagripsh restaurant along the beautiful embankment. The beach is not very close, but within walking distance, and the beach is not crowded, which was very pleasant

We had a vacation in November with my wife, very unfriendly hosts. I don't like what was ordered through Yandex. There is a strong smell of sewage in the room. There are hosts in the shared kitchen all the time in the evening, cooking for yourself is not an option. The light is turned off for two hours in the morning and two in the evening, the generator is not provided. A one-night stand for couples. Only the air is good.

As I understood it, one building is new, the second is old, the children and I were put in a family room of an old building, the room itself is spacious and cozy, but God what a stink there, the stink of old and damp, a bathroom with a shower one for 3 rooms, and everything stinks, also old and damp.
About the "kitchen", I wanted to cook soup for the children in this kitchen, I ran out of there with vomiting, there is such a stench, and junk and some kind of fish.
In general, we were there for two days, I couldn't even have done more.
The hotel is located very high from the sea, it is decent to walk.
The territory is also so-so, huge cliffs are fenced with just pallets.

The room was terrible, the smell of incense or grandma's soap was everywhere, it was impossible to ventilate it, a chandelier in the form of a censer hangs on my word of honor. It was pointed out that a private bath, in fact, is a shared bathroom - of the advantages, the bath has everything you need and even more (soap, shampoo, shower gel and a bunch of other products in great abundance). As for the shared kitchen, they did not use it, but in the evening they wanted to drink tea, went to fill the kettle with water, and the kitchen was locked. The room itself had 3 beds (1 double and 2 single), a wardrobe with towels, a kettle, a split system, a table with chairs. There is a shared refrigerator in the hallway, an ironing board with an iron. There are clothes dryers outside. It's not a long walk to the sea for 10 minutes, but there are many steps waiting for you because the house is located on a mountain.

A wonderful place! Great view from the window. The administrator Alexey contacted me via WhatsApp, I hadn't even made the payment yet, asked when we would be there, because at that moment the traffic jams were not big and we could have arrived earlier. He received us at 4 a.m., placed us in a room. The bed is gorgeous, everything is clean, cozy, thank you. We are glad that we have chosen this particular guest house.

Everything is excellent! It is located on a hill in a picturesque gorge by a mountain stream. The studio apartment is tasteful, the cleanliness is perfect. Tangerine garden in the yard. In addition to the individual kitchen, there is also a shared kitchen in the basement.

Thanks to the owner and this beautiful house, the best and most comfortable vacation took place!
The view is simply magnificent, the silence and coolness from the mountains are for fans of an unusual beach holiday. We loved this place and the room so much that every evening we just took a takeaway dinner and ran back. The shops and the sea are 7-10 minutes down the stairs. Fireflies fly around the house in the evening. There are several common areas in the house (kitchen with TV and set-top box, gazebos) in June, there were few residents - they often set the table and sat in a company in solitude. The seals living here will often come to you :)
The owner is as cool as possible, prompts on all issues related to the house and Abkhazia, helps when needed. Thanks again, we will definitely return to this place 🙏🌸

We had a rest in this guest house in early July. We lived in a Deluxe room. If it wasn't for the misunderstanding with the balcony, it would have been clearly five stars. The room is very clean, the linen and towels are snow-white! On the 7th day, they asked to change the towels. They brought it right away. The sea is no more than 10 minutes away. Pharmacy, tents, cafes, everything is really nearby. And what wonderful animals live in the guest house! During these days, we managed to fall in love with them... Initially, one of our main wishes was a private balcony. This question was asked to the owner at the Booking. We were told that the room has a private balcony. As a result, when we arrived, we did not see the balcony as a whole, there was just a separate entrance for two rooms. There were chairs next to each room. There was no question of any privacy. Neighbors periodically walked through us. I had to constantly cover the windows with tulle. And we closed the door at night, although if we really had a private balcony, we would have been very happy to leave the door open at night. For those who are not particularly interested in evening gatherings on the balcony, we definitely recommend the Deluxe room in which we lived, because the more budget rooms are very small.

A beautiful quiet place in the mountains, the view from the balcony is magnificent at any time of the day.If your weight is not 100 kg, then it is very easy to climb the steps, in fact there are exactly 200 of them, but they are small, the way up the steps in the shade of laurel trees is better than in the heat past annoying merchants))The room is clean, Wi-Fi is fast,hot water,electricity is uninterrupted.the kitchen is equipped with everything from beautiful dishes to household appliances.we rented 2-room apartments, our own balcony, the Owner is adequate, clean,!!!Russian!!!(the review is not purchased, I am biased towards cleanliness, there is nothing to complain about)

Good day) the place is generally not bad, the owner is a good person) Now about what left a huge deposit from the very beginning of the settlement, the room that was booked was OCCUPIED!!!!!! I didn't hear any adequate explanations, except "well, that's how it turned out."..........." . The room that was offered, saying "yes it is the same", was very small. I don't know if you can see people in pink glasses around you, but as a room with a double bed, a sofa and a patio, you can compare it with a room in which there is one sofa and when it is unfolded, the door to the bathroom opens at 25-30 degrees, and do not forget that the door also has a handle!!!! And most importantly, when asked by the host, "can you offer us something better for an additional fee, since you gave our room? No, but you can go look for yourself from others and be blown away by the prices." Of course, I have nothing to do after I drove 3000 km. And I ordered a room 3.5 months in advance. So think for yourself. Good luck to everyone)

I don't understand why this place has so many positive reviews. Either people travel a little and have nothing to compare with, or they are friends and relatives of the owners. We didn't like the rest of the word at all. The room and the bathroom are not clean at all. The bed linen was generally horrified, I had to cover myself with a blanket that covered the bed, at least it didn't smell. Plus, the parking incident added absolutely unnecessary negativity to our vacation. Upon arrival, the cars were put where the director pointed with his finger. And the next day they were called weightless , as they blocked the passage to other vacationers. We left the room at noon and could have moved the cars a thousand times if someone had bothered to tell us, especially since there were places. I don't recommend staying here at all. There are many more worthy places in Gagra, even taking into account the pricing policy.

I had a chance to relax in this place. For the first time I come across the attitude of the owner of the guest house "I am the King". Alexey- who needs to be persuaded to fix the air conditioner, begged to take you on excursions for your own money! You make an agreement about something, then you don't respond to messages!! From this house to the sea is 1 km, do not believe who writes 300m, apparently the reviews are bought! There are only 160 steps, not counting the distance that you need to go past the stairs! The rooms are small, there are no basic clothes dryers, towel dryers!!! A huge disadvantage for recreation, all things are dried on the ladder in the house!

The owner decided to check us in instead of the declared suite, there is a kind of suite in the room, there is not only nowhere to lie down, but also nowhere to stand. After that, the owner quietly left, and that's it, there's no one to talk to about changing the room. I had to go to the sea, and already I had to solve the issue upon arrival. The sea is far away, it's not true that it's close. Upon arrival from the sea, the owner's mother told us that he was sleeping, tired and he was not up to us again, we had to spend the night like this, since an advance payment was made through the website, and he did not give the money back. There is a lot of lies on the booging, a discrepancy in general. The rest was ruined by nervousness, and showdowns. It's a terrible place...
