The staff and the receptionist are rude. Awful. How can you treat people like that? I came to this hotel and asked to sit in the hallway for a couple of hours to warm up, explained the reason (I left the keys at home, I couldn't even get into the entrance, my husband was at work until eight). At first they let me in, and half an hour later they kicked me out. It's cold outside, the snow is lying and the wind is strong. That's all humanity. God forbid you find yourself in such a situation tomorrow.
