A great place - the center is nearby, everything is on foot, New York cafe is 5 minutes away, metro, tram is nearby, 20 minutes walk to the waterfront. Friendly and helpful staff. But the cleanliness of the room raises questions. And the rooms themselves are old, shabby and shabby.

In the center, there is its own underground Parking (paid). The room is nice with a kitchen, washing machine, etc. In general, you can stay for a couple of days.
