worst customer service I have ever experienced. When I called them over the phone to get information, they were very unprofessional, they kept making jokes on me with their other coworkers, they talked with complete lack of energy as if I should make all the effort to get the information that I need from them.
Afterward, they agreed on a specific appointment time with me, I got there on time, but it turns out they forgot to print my item, and they needed half an hour to prepare it.
Their print quality is good, at least.

If there is a queue, then you can wait a very long time, more than an hour.
If you're lucky, it's fast.
A photo for a visa is inexpensive and takes 15 minutes.
Photobooks are very high-quality printing (although it was hard and long to clarify all the details and generally get an understanding of what format they should bring their own, where how many indents, etc.).
The order can be discussed by mail, in order not to go once again, send an advance payment to the card number for expensive projects. For small things like several photos, they do not ask for an advance payment.
They print individual tear-off stickers!
The print quality is good.
If they still printed on T-shirts, it would be perfect in general

Excellent copy center. Whenever I need to collect a lot of different documents, for example, for a visa or a passport office, I go here. Here you can copy and print files in color and in black, from both sides of the sheet, employees always do it very carefully and smoothly.

I asked to make a scan of one sheet at 5 pm. Their "scan supervisor" said they wouldn't make it today! Such a big job, probably. But at the same time, it was time to go out for a smoke break.... Another employee told me what could be done on an iPhone. No one would have done a scan of the document for me. But in the next building they did it for free in 1.5 minutes. Service - 1

Качество печати хорошее, цены приемлимые, расположение прямо в центре, НО это того не стоит совсем. Отвратительный сервис, работники словно не слышат тебя, приходится повторять по несколько раз. ВО ВРЕМЯ обсуждения заказа парень отвлекался на сторонние задачи.
Мой проект (стикеры) они отдали на мокром листе, он был вздут от влаги, при этом они пытались втюхать тот, что был вздут поменьше, когда взглянула на стикеры, оказалось, что их оконтовка смещена влево так, что обрезаны не только края, но и сами стикеры. Плоттер этих гениев был настроен неправильно. При этом файл с резкой стикеров я им сделала сама, им осталось только распечатать. На мое возмущение, что это откровенно халтурная работа, мне ответили "не хотите, не забирайте". В итоге - потрачено время и настроение испорчено их поганым отношением. Не рекомендую.

Очень-очень плохой сервис! 20 минут стояла в очереди, чтобы распечатать 3 черно-белых листа. Не дождалась, в это время два сотрудника делали онлайн заказы. Никому не советую!
