But the most interesting thing began further... We decided to refuse the dish, fully justifying our decision and gave it to the waiter... I've been there twice, and I didn't like the kitchen both times. The lamb shish kebab was cooked for more than half an hour, and it was terribly overdried. I went in for a snack the second time, ordered heh meat, asked to make a spicy one. As a result, they brought a pile of dry, tasteless carrots with two pieces of meat.

I was at the institution at the end of August. The room is stuffy. The windows open by 5 cm, fresh air is not supplied. Sometimes the waiters open the second door when they go to smoke. But this does not save either.. There is only one fan in the establishment, there is not enough for everyone.
The hall manager (the girl) is always in the hall, the walkie-talkie is on speakerphone. Everyone can hear her. Everyone is aware of all the problems of the restaurant.
The first beer was frankly sour and expired, I ordered another one. I didn't touch the first one, but they included it in the bill.
