A great hotel where the value for money is really pleasing! Everything stated in the photo fully corresponds to reality: the rooms are cozy, clean and well equipped. The service is at a high level, the staff is polite and always ready to help. I especially liked the Jacuzzi — ideal for relaxing after a busy day.
Nice rooms, clean, modern, friendly staff. There is an embankment nearby, but it's a long way to the beach where you can swim. There is no sand, there is a small stone everywhere. Use sun beds and umbrellas.

Among the disadvantages of this hotel:
1) terrible wifi, it almost didn't work, and one day it just fell off all over the floor and solved this problem only in the evening.
2) staff and service:
they couldn't change towels for half a day, they called 2 times and came to the reception 2 times in person, in the end they brought only 2 towels out of 4 and they seemed to be far from the first freshness, perhaps they rubbed the floors and wiped their feet on them. Also, all the subsequent towels that were given to us on all days were dirty, sometimes with yellow spots, sometimes with black spots and stuck crumbs.
Ps: ahah, in the rain, they throw towels from the rooms under the boots at the entrance to the hotel and plug the leaks in the oaks in the lobby, perhaps hence the rusty spots.
The problem with the light bulbs in the room was also solved for half a day and only with 3 calls, 1 was not lit and one was irritatingly flickering.
Ps N2: no problems are solved on the phone, you need to go to the reception and demand it directly.
The situation is also funny and sad, there was a very loud noise in the next room right at night, they called the reception and clearly called the number in which the noise was, as a result, no one called the next room from the reception and the noise did not stop, as a result, we learned from experience, after waiting a little, we went to the reception and asked if they had called they started lying to us right in our face, after which we insisted that he call in front of us, to which there was resistance and an excuse like let me write down the room number and call, and you go, but he did not write down the number, but only pretended..
3) Next, about cleaning the room:(she is very strange)
1 the bed is not changed every day, it is only refilled (during the week of stay it was changed only once and apparently only because we stayed in the room and cleaned with us)
2 the floor in the room is not cleaned or vacuumed at all, the table is not wiped
3 coffee, tea and sugar only in 1 day, then do not update
4 the garbage was taken out after one or two
5 the mugs were dirty when we checked in, and then our drinks were poured out of them and put back in place.
6 the plates that we took from the dining room were taken away, and our own spoons were thrown away without asking
4) the room was for two people, but there was only one card for the door, and the slippers in the room were also only for one person.
5) the breakfasts are so-so, the choice of sausages is large, but if you don't eat it, then there's not much to take, and everything is very spicy and fatty (Turkish cuisine), I was also very impressed that in the season of tangerines and oranges, their juice is powdered and all fruits are not fresh, as well as bread was laid out with bare hands and they mixed the fresh with the old.
6) the hotel is super in the photo, but everything in life is very so-so, repairs are clearly needed, there is always water in the bathtub after a shower, which is exactly what is all over the tub, so neither wash your hands nor go to the toilet without cleaning first. The water pressure is always jumping and you can get scalded. The sink drain falls out and the water just flows onto the floor, which is why new towels were needed on the first day. The bathroom door won't lock. The bed creaks all over. The refrigerator does not freeze (the elastic band is torn off)
6) The fire exits are cluttered with trolleys for room service. The 8th floor is cluttered and there is no way to get there by elevator or stairs. Dirty dishes from the rooms are constantly on the stairs.
7) poor sound insulation, you can hear the neighboring rooms literally, the water drain riser is very audible, and the echo in the bathtub also greatly enhances it.
8) it is always dark in the corridor, only the lower lighting works, the room is also dark even during the day because of the small windows from which the view is so-so, of course, this is not shown in the photo
Ps: one side faces the Turktelekom parking lot and the fire escape, where the staff is always smoking and pulling through the windows - this is the sunset side, while the other side faces the neighboring building, which is almost adjacent - this is the sunrise side (to the sea), which you will not see.
9) the room sometimes smells of smoke from the ventilation and sewage from the sink. There is also a constant stench of cigarettes near the elevators on the 1st floor and this smell is applied to the dining room.
The price and quality do not match, we definitely will not go to this hotel for the second time, there were a lot of expectations, which is why we got a big disappointment.
Now to the pros:
1) undoubtedly excellent location, very close to the old town and many public transport options, which is why we chose this hotel.
2) there is relatively much room in the room, you can open a large suitcase and there will still be room
3) It's great for a loft-style photo shoot, although you'll have to fix a lot of things in Photoshop due to the shabbiness of the walls.
