Good afternoon! I would like to share my feedback about the rest and express special gratitude to the host- Rustam and the wonderful administrators - Lena and Kristina.
Everything was at the highest level. After reviewing the reviews, we understood where we were going and this wonderful place met our expectations. Those who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city are welcome here. The beach is 3 minutes away.Not far from the houses there is a wonderful dining room with affordable prices. But it may not be necessary, since there is a kitchen with all necessary appliances on the territory of the Bottlenose Dolphin. You can settle in large companies and have a great time.
The area is clean. The houses themselves are equipped with air conditioning.In general, it is a pleasant, cozy atmosphere, which was left by the rest in the Bottlenose Dolphin. Now this is the place of the soul...💖

I want to leave a review about the hotel where we spent a great time. Thank you, Rustam, for your hospitality. The beach is nearby, the coast is clean. Parking allows you to put 6 cars, there is a barbecue area. Holidays can be organized by large friendly companies.
It's a great place, we'll come back more than once.

I liked the rest. The houses are clean, the bed linen is fresh. The territory is well maintained. Large separate kitchen. The sea is nearby. The water is very clean. The beach is almost always half-empty. You can safely find a quiet place and be alone. Dolphins were seen every day. You can rent on the beaches of sap, 500 rubles per hour. There is a cafe on the shore. In the village itself, cows and horses walk quietly day and night. You need to be prepared for the fact that the audibility in the houses is very good. If your house is next to the kitchen, you will not rest in peace. At night and early in the morning, someone is standing outside the fence, mooing, cats fighting. One night, all the dogs of the village were barking. The sleep was not deep and disturbing all the days.

We had a rest in July 23. I, my husband and daughter of 12 years came by car. We were completely delighted with this place. Cozy and clean houses, it's good that they are detached and there is no one above you quietly and calmly. I was especially pleased with the sparsely populated beach, the purest water, dolphins were seen several times. Nearby there are 2 inexpensive cafes and 1 absolutely budget dining room, delicious food everywhere, it's rather clean who wants what for a change. It's also cool that there are 2 sanatoriums within walking distance, they calmly went to the pool if the weather is not good, or just walk around the beautiful territory, go to the playground and the restaurant of the sanatorium. Very hospitable managers of the complex Leonid and Kristina - you are a miracle ❤️ special thanks for everything, they will tell you everything and help you solve any problem. In the evenings, you can gather to play board games or just sit and chat mentally. It was fun, I definitely recommend it. We will be happy to come back here again.

Comfortable spacious houses, new furniture, perfect linen (linen change once a week). The house has a spacious bathroom, shower, air conditioning, TV, fast Internet on site. The shared kitchen is well equipped and has all the necessary utensils. The cleanliness is perfect. There are 5 houses on the base. The territory is fenced and guarded. The beach is 200 m away. There are few people on the beach, the sea is always clean.
There is a dining room, 2 cafes in the Afaliny area, and another cafe on the beach.
It is a 10-minute drive to the Pitsunda market. by taxi. The cost, if ordered through an operator, is 200 rubles. one way.
The staff of the base - Kristina and Leonid are polite and intelligent young people, they will always prompt and help.

Comfortable, clean houses with all amenities. Everything for self-cooking and eating. Next to the dining room, three cafes, several shops. The market in Pitsundel is at 10min. by taxi. Friendly, intelligent hosts, always ready to help and advise on any problem. The sea is very clean, the beach is spacious, there are few people. There is no better place for a family vacation.

It's a great place. 5 out of 5. We had a family vacation in August, children 5 and 9 years old. Pitsunda is 5 minutes away by car. The sea is a 3-minute walk away. The beach is sparsely populated, the sea is clean. There is a rental of saps, sun beds. There is a wonderful cafe on the beach, a delicious menu on the grill. There is a great dining room in 2 minutes. The houses are new and clean. Linen change in 5 days. The kitchen has everything you need: 2 large refrigerators, dishes, washing machine. The hosts are very sincere, hospitable, always help, prompt. Special thanks to Rustam for the warm welcome and the organization of a stunning excursion to Mount Acetuk. We felt at home. We will recommend it to our friends. And we will definitely come back again. We walked around the neighborhood, the Bottlenose Dolphin is the most pleasant and decent houses.

Cozy houses. There is everything you need to relax. A couple of minutes walk to the sea. The beach is pebbly. The approach is smooth. There are few people on the beach! You need to go to the shops and the market. The road from the highway to the houses is not very good. But not critically. We really enjoyed our vacation here!!

I was on vacation with my sister, I really liked it. A calm, quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Nice and cozy. For those who are tired of work and ready to relax their soul. Good people, friendly staff. In general, 5 out of 5. I would like to thank the owner, a wonderful person, kind and responsive. I am always ready to help. The beach is clean and few people, a wonderful cafe, in the evening they install a screen where you can watch a good movie, a very romantic atmosphere. Nearby there is a magnificent grove and a lake where you can walk. The center is 5 minutes away by car. I really liked it, I recommend it.

We are vacationing in these houses for the second year in a row with two children (July 2021 and June 2022).The houses are cozy,clean,the water pressure is excellent,the kitchen has everything you need for cooking,2 refrigerators,2 sinks,2 electric stoves and 1 gas stove ,good dishes.The employees are excellent, responsive guys, they do their job at 5+.The owner is friendly, responsive, attentive, will tell you everything and tell you everything.
The location is just a fairy tale for relaxing BODY AND SOUL! The sea is 2 minutes away, the beach is perfect with a minimum of people.Everything is within walking distance:dining room,cafe,shops,bus stop.There is a boxwood grove and a Literary fund between the hotel, you can safely walk for a walk.We always gathered in companies from other houses.Everything is very sincere and homely.As you treat people, so do they with an open mind.
In general, I like everything, we will come 3 times.We miss you very much and look forward to the next season)Prosperity and the most positive guests!

We're coming back here for the second time, I'm sure it won't be the last. We are happy with everything. A clean, cozy house. A shared kitchen with everything you need (electric stoves, and even gas, refrigerators, microwave, washing machine, all necessary utensils).
The sea is 2 minutes away, warm and clean, the beach is sparsely populated, and this is a huge plus. We rested body and soul.This is the place where you can take a break from the hustle and bustle and just be in this beautiful place.

Clean, but modest. 200 rubles to Pitsunda by taxi. The sea is 2 minutes away. Next to the dining room, where you can have a delicious and inexpensive meal. There is no table and chairs in the room, you cannot eat. But a lot of outlets, that's good. There is also good wifi. There is a summer kitchen on site, which has everything you need. The walls of the houses are thin, so do not expect silence: in the evening cows moo like crazy, in the morning roosters)

the fact that it would seem that the houses are in the wilderness, everything is quite fine. You live in silence, you can pet a bull and local cats and dogs, stare at the neighborhood chickens and, of course, admire the stars.
Peace and quiet and tranquility.
However, there is good news for those who like to hang out. It would seem that in Abkhazia everyone goes to bed early and after 10 pm there is little that works. I'll make you happy now. There are two hotels on the sides of our place, where you can freely walk, sit in cafes, play tennis, go to a disco, etc. And if you want to continue the banquet, you can go out to sea, turn on the music and roast kebabs.
Speaking of the sea. It is a 2-minute walk away and there are magical places where you can swim alone at all. I thought that this was already unrealistic) The water is clean and the dolphins come often)
You can also ride hydrics and banana.
The food is fine too. There are canteens and cafes nearby. All three are delicious, reasonably priced and have a large selection of food) The owners are always happy to see you and will feed you heartily)

The impressions are cool!) I've been to Abkhazia for the 3rd time, so they didn't really drive me on excursions, but what's good is that we are basically everywhere nearby) You can drive yourself, you can buy, they will tell you everything, help you and leave top impressions. People in Abkhazia are basically cool and smiling)

The hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are very clean, not a speck of dust or a speck. The beds are very comfortable and I slept without hind legs. This year we discovered a wonderful place to relax - Athalina Guesthouse, consisting of 5 houses in a closed area near the town of Pitsunda (10 minutes to the center by car). We had a vacation with children (7 and 15 years old) in early July. We immediately noted the cleanliness in the houses, in the yard, in the kitchen (Leonid and Kristina keep order - special thanks!!!!) The kitchen has 2 electric stoves, a small gas burner, various dishes, a coffee machine, a washing machine. During our stay, we ourselves kept the houses clean, there is a vacuum cleaner and mops for this. In this we saw the advantage that no one bothers us, does not disturb the peace. Linen and towels in the houses are perfectly clean 10 out of 10. There was always hot water, there were no interruptions, excellent pressure. There are no televisions in the houses, but there is Internet and telephones, we did not need it, because we were communicating with children, and during the holidays we became friends with other guests. The whole vacation was filled with only pleasant impressions. I read in one of the reviews that the road is bad in this area (yes, it is), but the taxi drivers have never refused to travel! And the most important thing that I paid attention to when choosing a vacation destination is the sea and the beach!!!!! Very close location to the sea, clean deserted beach, dolphins pleased us every day! I would like to say thank you very much to the owner Rustam!!!!! We will definitely come back next year!!!!I would like to note that we bought the necessary products in a stall (5 minutes on foot).

We had a vacation in August with our family. These ten days passed so quickly that we didn't even have time to get homesick. Because there is such a homely atmosphere here. The owners, we are very grateful to them, create such comfort. The room has everything you need, we didn't feel any inconvenience. Linen change in 5 days. The kitchen has everything you need: 2 large refrigerators, microwave, dishes, washing machine. In the yard there is a barbecue, grill, skewers. The sea, dining room, shops are within walking distance. Thanks a lot to Rustam from all of us. For the reception, for the gentle sea and the sun, warmth and sincerity. We had a vacation in July 2022, a family with two children! Cozy houses with amenities inside, spacious enclosed area,
What happiness it was just to relax and enjoy life! The sea is 2 minutes away! A dining room and 2 cafes are within walking distance.
It's like I visited my grandmother in the village as a child!
Roosters crowed, cows mumbled, birds chirped and the sound of the sea and the chirping of cicadas!
Evening gatherings and kebabs with neighbors and hosts have left the warmest memory in my heart about this place!

I will start my review by saying that it was the best vacation in many years!We went in early July 2022.
At first, there was an idea not to go by car, but we changed our mind and did not regret it! We left a little earlier , but still arrived late. When you're traveling with children, you have to be sure where you're going. But we were driving here for the first time and it was scary!We arrived at the place, and found it quickly enough! The road is really a bit dead, as they say in the reviews. But it's not a big stretch of road that didn't bother us, even though we went somewhere every day! So, when we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Kristina and Lenya! How wonderful they are!! Kind , attentive and sociable☺️They will always prompt and help!!!
As for the houses themselves, everything is very clean and tidy. Excellent bed and sofa, there are bedside tables (which were very useful),air conditioning,panoramic window, blackout curtains,shower and toilet, towel (not one) and bed linen. Probably the only thing that was missing for me personally was the hooks above the bedside table in the dressing room, but of course this is a trifle. If you need to have an ironing board and an iron. A dryer for things outside and just a hanger!!! You can't eat in the house, but for me it's not a minus, but a plus! But it's clean!The plot is well maintained, flowers grow, there is a barbecue and Parking in front of your house!
The kitchen is shared, two refrigerators and two stoves, a washing machine and a coffee maker, as well as many tables, so there is enough space for everyone!There is a TV in the kitchen, if someone needs it, of course. We just had enough phones (yes, I forgot to write that there is Wi-Fi in the house as well as on the whole site) There are also 2 sinks in the kitchen and enough dishes.
The sea! The sea was very close! A wonderful deserted beach and a nice coffee shop on the shore.
The sea is clean and there are dolphins every day. Evening sunsets and night gatherings around the campfire right on the shore!There is yoga on the beach at sunset , I personally tried it , I really liked it😊
Also, not far from the houses there is a delicious dining room and a stall that has everything you need. It takes 10 minutes by car to the central beach, and about the same to the market!
We went with two children aged 5 and 11. The children liked it very much! The sea, the sun, and if necessary, you can get to Gagra, which is not far away and ride a wheel or go to the dolphinarium.
It's just that if you are going to a quiet wonderful place with a good atmosphere, excellent location, then you are definitely at the right place!

Today we left this wonderful place further along the planned route to New Athos ... upon arrival, sadness rolled over ((It's a pity that there were no free houses, we would have returned! We rested in this place for 4 nights and just got high. The cleanest sea, a sparsely populated beach (in the evening they built a bonfire and admired the night starry sky), a calm atmosphere, cozy houses, a spacious shared kitchen (where it was nice to communicate with neighbors), a homely atmosphere, very sincere guys Rustam, Leonid and Kristina. All this made our vacation 5+!!! We wish you development and further prosperity. Let only guests come to you who will be able to appreciate the overall atmosphere of this place👍

I don't know who writes good reviews, probably the owners of this splendor themselves.
Location: in a remote village cul-de-sac, taxi drivers refuse to drive along the road to the hotel, there is simply no road, pits and ditches. The nearest store where you can buy elementary water is far away, you need to follow this terrible road to the nearest stop.
The beach nearby is an unequipped pebble strip without a single tree. There is nowhere to rent an umbrella. There are several sun loungers from the neighboring guest house per kilometer of the beach. There is no toilet, people run into the bushes near the houses of local residents.
At the exit from the beach there is a cafe where you can buy beer and lemonade. There was no water there.
The guest house itself: 5 board houses, a shared kitchen between them. The house has everything you need except a TV. There is a gap of 15 centimeters between the bathroom and the bathroom near the ceiling. We went to the toilet - all the smells in the room. The bed linen does not cause confidence in cleanliness, several hairs were found.
You can't eat or drink anything in the room, ants immediately climb up.
And it would be all right if it weren't for the audibility! Our house bordered on the kitchen. And with a wall at the head of the bed. At night, until 3, we listened to the overstayed guests talking, and at 7 in the morning, the sleepy children who were brought to breakfast screamed in my ear. It's just a horror, not a vacation!!!
We gave the money for the first day, and even lost the amount of prepayment on <url>. Moreover, by the standards of Pitsunda, accommodation is not cheap.
We do not recommend this place!!!

We liked everything. We chose this place for the silence, solitude and desolation of the beach. The territory is closed. The house is cozy, the furniture is all new, there is air conditioning. We were here in August 2021. I really liked the clean rooms, even the bedspreads and blankets are washed after each guest. The kitchen is separate, you can cook your own food. To maintain cleanliness, the owners asked not to store food in the room, only in the kitchen, in refrigerators.The beach is nearby, albeit poorly equipped. The hotel is really in the distance, it is advisable for travelers to check in here by car, we were without a car, sometimes there were difficulties with calling a taxi.
