The room is very dirty, the condition is terrible, the furniture is old, the shower cabin is leaking. There is no tea or coffee specified in the description in the room, nothing and no water either.. As well as the promised irons, bathrobes and slippers. It is better to take a hair dryer with you, since it is not possible to dry even the thickest hair locally, since the hair dryer heats up and turns off very quickly. In addition, there were no clothes hangers in the closet. There are simply no sockets in the room to charge the phone. In order to charge the phone, you need to turn off the refrigerator, hair dryer, air conditioning or TV. There was no outlet even for the table lamp standing on the bedside table. There is a lamp, but there is nowhere to turn it on. There are no hygiene items in the bathroom except hand soap. There were 2 towels in the standard room for two. There were no towels for hands and feet. The safe is not working. I drove in with my teenage son, I asked for separate beds when booking. As a result, they settled into a room with one double bed and 1 sheet. When contacting the reception with a complaint and a request to bring at least a second sheet and towels, they brought a sheet and 1 towel for hands and feet for two. I already had to ask the maid for shampoo and shower gel. They said about the safe that they don't work in all their rooms. Already at night they realized that it was impossible to sleep in this hotel. The music in the beach bar screams until 3 a.m. so that you can hear it through the closed windows. There was the following surprise at breakfast. Breakfast starts at 9, already at 9.30 there are no empty tables, clean dishes, and food. The service is disgusting. I couldn't even drink tea because of the lack of cups. There is no infrastructure near the hotel, no pharmacy, no fruit market, no cafe where you can eat. Food delivery here via the app is also not available. So you can only eat normally in Baku, where you can only get by taxi. The Internet is practically not working. Television - 6 channels, of which only 1 TNT is in Russian. There is absolutely nothing to entertain yourself with here. The rooms are not cleaned and towels are not changed. It is simply unrealistic to enjoy your stay at this hotel. Don't get fooled by the photos and don't count on a beach vacation here. It is much better to choose a hotel in Baku itself with the best conditions without a beach. Never come here again. I would like to live out the days that were paid in advance. I would have moved to another hotel if the payment had been refunded.

I will say directly that the hotel is the worst I have seen in my life!WHO GAVE THIS "miracle" 4 stars is not clear, it's a pity here Let's start with the first one:the toilet is terrible,the toilet is wobbly,the shower cabin is leaking,the water is standing, you can swim,towels have not been changed once in 7 days,they do not give soap accessories, only on request. The mattress is terrible, it is more pleasant to sleep on a tree than on it, the covers are leaky as well as the sheets, 4 sockets per room!!!who are all busy… There are only 7 channels on the TV, not a strong minus, but the fact is. Restaurant-there are no dishes, at the reception they said breakfast from 9-11 to 8-10, if you come earlier, the dishes are still there, but they are broken and dirty at times, the windows in the so-called restaurant are dirty!the food is of the same type, although in fact it says buffet.Aqua Park is terrible when you roll, you can leave your whole back on the slide. It was also pointed out that there is a minibar, in fact it's just an empty freezer, it's not a family vacation, the music is playing like it's not in itself until 3 o'clock in the morning! The beach is not equipped at all, the staff is terrible rude and that's all, there are no sun beds, if there are any, then they need to be dragged 200 meters to the beach, but if they were put up to you by the beach staff, then it's already paid!!They are trying to rip off everywhere! There are so-called gazebos, but these are just cobbled together boards with rags instead of curtains and they charge 100 manats for it!!! That is, you have to pay 100k + for a tour to live like in a pigsty! I hope you will listen to the reviews and not choose this horror, have a nice day!
