I wanted to give a gift to a friend, I made an appointment at this salon for a massage. We arrive, the master is not in place and my appointment has been canceled. "We couldn't reach you and canceled." Coffee was made as compensation. Thanks for the coffee. For spoiling the mood dislike.
I took the time to record it. I received a confirmation call. Why didn't you make an effort to get through? Why didn't you try WhatsApp or Telegram? Why was the recording cancelled on its own? It's very sad, it's a waste of time and a disgusting aftertaste from interacting with the salon.

I want to tell you about my experience in order to warn others against mistakes. I signed up for this VIP salon for a vacuum roller facial massage, the procedure was more or less normal, my face turned red, which is the norm after such a massage, but...A few hours later, bruises and bruises like hickeys appeared on my face and neck...Imagine this situation... and tomorrow I had to go to my mom's anniversary..And I have an important meeting in a day....In short, everything went on for 4 days and these days I fell out of my personal and business life. But the most amazing thing is that when I called the salon and complained to the administrator, except for the phrase - we are very sorry, nothing....No one even offered to refund the money for the procedure....So much for the VIP salon
