I visited the Aestetic Donetsk salon today. I am a regular customer of this salon. Up to this point, I used the services of a manicure-pedicure master, the services of a cosmetologist. I signed up for coloring. Initially, I planned to dye the roots and hair lengthwise. Master Natalia said that I needed to make highlights. It was about highlighting with strands. Without my consent, she did an airtoch lightening for me. I found out about the name of this staining only after the procedure. I was not warned about the final result or the cost of the procedure. As a result, I didn't get what I wanted at all. The cost was 25,000. I believe that I was forced and sold a service that I did not ask for. In addition, as I found out, this technique does not suit me at all, since it is recommended for light brown hair and lighter or for those who want to switch to blonde. I didn't need it. Be vigilant. You can be divorced for money.

I want to tell you about my experience in order to warn others against mistakes. I signed up for this VIP salon for a vacuum roller facial massage, the procedure was more or less normal, my face turned red, which is the norm after such a massage, but...A few hours later, bruises and bruises like hickeys appeared on my face and neck...Imagine this situation... and tomorrow I had to go to my mom's anniversary..And I have an important meeting in a day....In short, everything went on for 4 days and these days I fell out of my personal and business life. But the most amazing thing is that when I called the salon and complained to the administrator, except for the phrase - we are very sorry, nothing....No one even offered to refund the money for the procedure....So much for the VIP salon
