The airport is for shift workers working in Tengiz. It is certainly better to fly to Atyrau in 30 minutes than by train for 5 hours. There's just a lack of a smoking room. After registration, you can't go back out, it would be worth putting a smoking room, a small corner would be enough. Pros, free tea and coffee.

Clean and tidy. Free coffee and tea in the waiting area. Registration is fast. The staff is polite. This cannot be achieved at state airports, everything is cultural and attentive to people right there.
