I travel a lot. And this was by far one of the worst experiences. 2:25 hours in passport line. You know why? 300 people and one f$%n document checker officer. You v got to be kidding me. I landed at 8 AM. I exited at 10:45 AM. 2:25 hours standing i line ... I dont know where else to leave a negative review.
There is a great service at this modern and VERY large airport. You are provided with a guide who will help you get to the right place at this airport with very complex logistics. I highly recommend it to anyone who is going to visit this airport for the first time. It is better to order a guide in advance. If you get off the plane you will be greeted with a sign in your hands right at the entrance
An excellent airport, which was modernized before the Olympic Games, improved transport accessibility, became cleaner, more modern, more food outlets, less fuss, better delimited flows...
The airport is beautiful, large, and convenient. But the service wants to be the best. It seemed that the staff was recruited from the street, without proper education.
First, our hand luggage - a small suitcase- was forced to be checked in for unknown reasons, which violated the Rules for the carriage of hand luggage.
Secondly, When our plane arrived , which was delayed due to the congestion of the airspace, the airport staff delayed it even more by their actions. Passengers were allowed on the plane in groups of 5-10 people.
A big request to the airport administration: please select qualified staff.
Thanks to the Polish airline LOT for the well-organized work : they did everything so that we could leave Warsaw on our subsequent flights.
By navigation, the main thing is to understand where you are flying from, that you did not take the subway into the interior of the airport to ride) the main airport is in the form of a sphere, very atmospheric. I recommend wine in dutefri, especially if you are flying to Turkey, it is cheaper in duti, and naturally tastier, take gifts too, the prices are reasonable
I really liked the airport duty free. All brands are represented. Reasonable prices are cheaper than in Paris itself. A very cozy waiting room in the departure area with sofas and tables with sockets. You can take food to a cafe and have a snack.
The airport is wonderful. There is always a service staff nearby who is ready to answer questions. You can have coffee at each terminal. Everything is clean and tidy.
Almost everything is automated, starting with check-in and ending with the passage of all controls! Very friendly staff at passport control! It's nice))
Pros, professional attentive workers. Cons- uncomfortable soft, rubber travelators and the lack of a sufficient number of toilets. Upon arrival, I recommend using a legal taxi.
It is huge, with its own metro, everything is convenient, one minus for the entire airport and it is very huge (a city within a city), only one Sheraton hotel is not cheap, the cheapest room is 300 euros.
A huge airport with outdated navigation. We arrived at it and spent you until we reached our exit at the right terminal. I recommend that you really arrive in advance.
Interesting architecture of self-creation. Everything inside is very modern and beautiful.

There are very few border guards at passport control. There's a big queue.
The airport is colossal in size and number of departures. Nevertheless - order, clear navigation. Among the disadvantages - part of the lounges (star alliance, accepting dragon pass) is in front of security control and duty free. Therefore, it was not possible to use it.
A good, convenient airport. But very strict employees are on the check. Every time something is taken away. Last time they forced me to throw out the sauce, it wasn't even very liquid, but 150g, so it didn't pass. Last time, cans of red caviar, 140g. They also forced me to throw it away. But in general, the airport is not bad. Everything is clear and accessible.
There is registration via vending machines, by passport - very convenient and fast. With this form of check-in, you can choose your seat yourself. CDGval will take you to any terminal
Terrible service in the cafe, very infantile staff and it is not enough for such a passenger flow.We wanted to have breakfast, but we didn't order it, and then we didn't pay! Almost missed the plane 🙃
After Istanbul and Dubai airports, Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris is empty. Duty free and the cafe are closed at night. Only vending machines with snacks.
Everything is very simple and clear. It's very simple.

Since at the moment Russian citizens are forced to fly to and from Europe, via Turkey, I want to write about the "Terminal 1" of Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris. The gates of Turkish Airlines are located at the very end of the terminal at numbers 11 12,14,15.16.I would like to immediately note the calm atmosphere of the waiting room.Clean, green, nice padded seats. There are waiting islands of several armchairs with tables and lamps. There are rows of chairs connected by 6-8 pieces. There are chargers. The Internet is connected automatically, which I really liked. I would like to note that there is a piano in the hall in free access . One of the passengers didn't even play it badly.[Well, a person had a desire to pass the wait in this way. I also want to note the presence of vending machines with sweets and coffee.Prices are the same as everywhere at the airport. A cleaner is constantly walking around with a vacuum cleaner. The toilet is located on the floor below and you can go down there by elevator. The time I had to spend waiting for the landing flew by quickly.

A nice renovated terminal. A large number of luxury brands, but if the early hours are around 7 a.m., most will be closed
- at 7 a.m. - there is almost no one in the halls - we calmly drank coffee and ate our last croissant - in Istanbul, the pastries are not the same at all!
Surprisingly, luggage packing does not work in the early morning ( 7-8) and it is impossible to buy coffee.
There is no one in df either. Is this an international airport?
Plan your route in advance, buy a SIM in advance, you won't go far without Google Maps maps.Buses are late, you need to have patience and wait for taxi drivers to strike and impose their services!Few people speak English....
Everything is clear and convenient, good navigation, a quick queue at the border, but WI-FI is absolutely monstrous - it seems to be connected, but the Internet does not load.
There are places where you can board and wait for a flight
Long queues at passport control upon arrival. We stood for more than an hour
Before boarding - safety theater
I've been here more than once. I like the airport for its comfort and futuristic interior design. These are glass pipes, walkways, escalators. The travelators work perfectly - one of which takes quite a long time to drive under the take-off field. When problems appear in the legs over the years, he will understand their advantage) Good, but quite expensive shops. The halls on the Schengen (European) destinations and international ones, for example from Moscow, will be noticeably different. Well, actually, just like us))
A nice, huge airport. Navigation is good, except for the signs for buses. There are many food outlets, shops, waiting areas, Wi-Fi. You can get to the city by train (about 10 euros), by city bus (about 10 euros) or by shuttle (about 20 euros). And I'm not talking about taxis. Once the flight was delayed for 4 hours, they gave out receipts for meals in a decent restaurant without any problems. Time has passed unnoticed! But there are delays in baggage claim and queues at passport control.
