The airport is small. You need to wait outside before checking in for your flight. I strongly recommend not flying with RwandAir – our tickets were cancelled without reason or warning during the transfer in Dubai and the plane left without us. There is no support service as such, calls are not being answered, and e-mail messages are not being answered.
