I like small airports, so this review could be too bias, however, I never had a post luggage or any other problems when departing or arriving in Kaliningrad airport.

Generally really full, staff spoke English even though they clearly showed you that they don’t appreciate foreigners.

Modern infrastructure, neat and clean environment. But they needed to include english spoken customer service person. At least for the foreigner there should be some instructions in English.
