1. Convenient location of the airport within the city limits, easy access to vehicles.
2. Cleanliness and order in terminals.
3. A wide selection of shops and restaurants.
4. Good quality of passenger service.
5. Effective work of security services.
Minuses:
1. A limited number of waiting areas for passengers.
2. Sometimes there are delays in departures due to weather conditions.
3. High prices in some shops and cafes inside the airport.
4. Insufficient number of outlets for charging devices.
5. Limited opportunities for entertainment and relaxation while waiting for the flight.
Hamburg Airport offers passenger facilities, however some aspects, such as limited waiting areas and high prices, can be improved for a more comfortable journey.

I spent 9 hours at this airport and didn't even notice how time flew by! Very clean! There are recreation areas for adults and playgrounds! For smokers, there is an exit to the terrace or those who want to watch the takeoff and landing of airplanes! Everything is thought out to the smallest detail! There are absolutely no queues on the food court, the order is carried out in 8 vending machines, it is very convenient! The food is very fresh and delicious! I noticed posters with sayings of famous people on the walls of the airport! And that says a lot! I recommend everyone to fly through Hamburg!

The airport's spaces are vast, there is a place to calmly disperse from the crowds of travelers. Moreover, it is clean, including in the restrooms - which are enough. There are few places to eat, but there are enough seats and staff to have time to have a snack. The food is delicious and common in Germany - all sorts of different rolls. Prices are reasonable in comparison with other airports.
The inspection is thorough, but everything is well organized, so the procedure is fast enough. If you expect a transfer, there are just not enough chairs to sit. It is very easy to get to the airport by metro. But it is important not to confuse - the cars that go to the airport are not the whole train - you need to navigate when boarding the markings on the platform.

This year I visited Hamburg! I liked everything. I was at the coffee museum, at 6 a.m. on Sunday I was at the fish fair in the port, where you can try different sandwiches with fish, shrimp and buy fresh fish. And also to buy fruits that were brought to the port by ship. A very beautiful park. There are many trees, various shrubs, roses and ducks swimming. The mood was great. I've been to different coffee shops:very tasty coffee and excellent pastries. Everything is great.

I didn't like the airport very much...For some reason, after check-in and baggage check-in, it was necessary to first pass a security check, and then go to your terminal for a long time to board at the gate, bypassing Duty Free, and only at your gate there were booths with passport control and border guards. But, you need to remember that after passport control they do not let you back out and there are no cafes and Duty Free, you just sit in the hall with chairs and wait for boarding. I really like Hamburg Airport. It is convenient to get from the city by metro directly to the terminal. A very thoughtful layout - everything is close. I put 4 instead of 5 only because once there was a flight delay of more than an hour, which almost made me late for a connecting flight in Frankfurt. And I would have been late if that flight hadn't been delayed.
