Small cozy air port, easy to find out whatever you look for. Luggage delivery much sooner than in f.e. Düsseldorf

Positive:
1. Convenient location of the airport within the city limits, easy access to vehicles.
2. Cleanliness and order in terminals.
3. A wide selection of shops and restaurants.
4. Good quality of passenger service.
5. Effective work of security services.
Minuses:
1. A limited number of waiting areas for passengers.
2. Sometimes there are delays in departures due to weather conditions.
3. High prices in some shops and cafes inside the airport.
4. Insufficient number of outlets for charging devices.
5. Limited opportunities for entertainment and relaxation while waiting for the flight.
Hamburg Airport offers passenger facilities, however some aspects, such as limited waiting areas and high prices, can be improved for a more comfortable journey.

A good European airport, clean, inside there is a Starbucks and an Edeka supermarket, and everything you need at the same prices as in the city
