I have flown to Tunisia more than once, Enfida airport arrived, we quickly passed control, as the flight attendants gave us forms on the plane, we filled them out on the plane, there were no problems, everything was organized. No one grabbed our hands. I really like to relax in Tunisia. The last time we had a vacation was in September 2019.

People, be careful. The porters (they were wearing blue PORTER T-shirts) at Enfida airport are very aggressive towards tourists, snatch bags out of their hands when boarding the bus and demand money in the amount of at least 10 euros for allegedly escorting you to the bus. Pure extortion of money from tourists, as I understand it, is put on stream. This is the first time we have encountered such cases, there is no such thing in Russia, there was no such thing abroad either. 2 minus: there are no vending machines with water in the transit zone, they could only buy water in a burger joint for 2.59 euros for 0.5. which is very expensive. In Pulkovo / Domodedovo, for comparison, 100 rubles of water. Of the advantages, I note that the airport is empty, there are no queues. but now it's clear why. 3 minus (possibly due to low workload): there is no soap and toilet paper in the toilets. Russians, as always, distinguished themselves by their "excellent" behavior. Customs officers and guards periodically ran to them in turn. Maybe that's why it took so long. And I also remembered that only dollars and euros are accepted at the airport. And apart from duty free, there are practically no shops. Or they are closed. We have been there since October 16, 2019. For 8 nights. For them, it's the end of the season, maybe that's why the shops weren't working.

There is a gift shop, the prices are quite acceptable, they are a little too high compared to the city ones. There is a dutifrey, it seemed to me that the prices are higher than in Vnukovo. Large, modern, comfortable, more or less clean. I didn't like that only one cafe and 2 duty free shops were open. Other cafes were closed for some reason. There are no vending machines with drinks. If you just want to drink, stand in line with everyone. And the queue, accordingly, is considerable. Drinks in 330ml cans. That is, it will not work to take a sip and put it in a backpack. It is not convenient to travel. And now the most interesting thing: they announced the flight delay, and after a while they announced the end of boarding. Something was missing... There was no information about the start of the landing. When they said that the last passengers were waiting, about 20 people rushed from all sides. Everyone sat down, counted, 3 are missing. We tried to remove their luggage, but they were found. But the departure time was missed. As a result, 1.5 hours of waiting for permission. Summer, heat, crying children... I would like to note the competent actions of the crew of our flight 63598 a/k Ural Airlines on 06/29/2019. Special thanks to them.

We flew to Tunisia for the first time as a family on 06/27/2019. And the mood at Enfida airport was immediately spoiled. There are 4 passport control windows for two huge planes with children - this is very small, huge queues..the luggage was received for more than an hour.. On departure, the situation did not change much - a huge queue was already at the entrance to the airport, there was one entrance, later a second one was opened to avoid collapse, apparently. And it seems that we managed to get in line for registration as the third, but we got to the intern, apparently - the people in the neighboring windows had already run out, and she was still registering the family in front of us (.

I didn't like the way the check-in was going. The girls who work there speak only their own language. I'm not talking about the fact that they don't understand Russian... But they don't know English either. Although it is a compulsory language in Tunisian schools! It seems that they simply do not want to understand Russian tourists in any language.
I won't say that everyone there is like that, but we came across one. She was pregnant, maybe it's all hormones 🤔
I would like to advise the airport management to draw the attention of their employees that Russian tourists are not all bad. As in all countries, there are good people and bad people. There is no need to treat Russian people with prejudice just because they were lucky enough to be born in Russia.

They laughed brazenly...... and still took the perfume 30 ml Coco Chanel! Although according to international rules, vials up to 30 ml can be transported!!! It's the first time I've met with such arrogance and humiliation!!! Apparently, people live so poorly in Tunisia that it's not a shame to take used cosmetics! On the plus side, the exit and entrance to the planes are always on the sleeves. Of the cons, the free Internet was turned off. The airport is not designed for a large flow of passengers. They took off by 777-300er aircraft. We were brought by 12 buses. And all lined up near the same entrance doors. Then the whole stream stood at the check-in counters. And then we were checked by only 4 border guards. The local Arabs were tested with a special predilection for 10 minutes each. As a result, we waited in line for 40 minutes only on the passport.
