It's a good airport. Quiet, calm, clean. There are several exchangers. The best one is on the ground floor at the exit from the arrival gate, on the right as you enter the hall, where there is already an exit to the city. The exchange rate is not inferior to what will be in the city center. The exchange rate for other currencies is very profitable too. I exchanged Malaysian ringgits for Philippine pesos there. The course was more profitable than the profitable one. There probably wouldn't be such a good course at any airport in the world.
There are a couple of shops and a couple of cafes.
There are bus stops at the airport. But! The bus may not arrive for a whole day. I waited at the bus stop for an hour and a half. And then one local man came up to me, said that he saw that I had been sitting at the bus stop for so long and said that you could never wait for the bus and offered to give me a ride in his new BMW to the city center. When I offered the money, he refused. This was the beginning of my acquaintance with the Bruneian hospitality and cordiality of the locals. So the only way to get from and to the airport is by taxi.
A wonderful airport. In an oriental authentic style in a modern design. We did everything beautifully and pleasantly for guests and transit passengers.

It's a great airport, but it's stuffy and there are problems with Wi-Fi
