An airport for budget travel in Europe. There are interesting low-cost airline routes. It is well organized, well located, inexpensively decorated. It's a walk to the planes.
Attention - the airport is located far from Paris, about 2 hours by train, plus travel time from the station to the airport itself. Calculate the time correctly!
Convenient arrival and departure time if flying from Milan. Small, located 1.5 hours from Paris. Quite a lot of people. We had a slow check-up, and they asked us to remove everything from our bags except shoes and clothes, which stretched the check-up time decently. The departure area is small and cramped with an impressive number of people, and there are few places to wait for the flight. At the same time, boarding the plane was fast.
If you're reading this, never fly through this airport under any circumstances. We arrived at the airport's opening at about 6:20 a.m., and spent 95 euros on a taxi because there were no buses to get there. We arrived and got into an endless queue of 1,000 people. 5 flights in one terminal, flights are postponed, only passengers from the nearest flight are allowed to be screened. If you think that you arrived early and will be able to do everything in time, it's a mistake. We queued for a total of 2.30 hours, and there was also a queue at the fast pass, because people were late for all 5 flights. As a result, the suitcase was completely rummaged through, everything and not only liquids were taken out (which can only be carried in plastic bags here), wax deodorant was mistaken for liquid, thick sauces of 50 ml, expensive toothpaste (in their opinion liquid) were taken away, a tripod for a phone (the simplest is not professional) was taken away and thrown away pointedly into the trash without explaining anything at all. They do not answer questions, they pretend that you are not here. The suitcase was turned over very actively, almost everything was pulled out, and the liquids were put into bags from the suitcase, as if for evil, slowly, knowing that people were late. As a result, +20 minutes at customs and the gate was closed. The money for the tickets was not refunded. That's how you go to the airport at 6 a.m. for 95 euros in advance, you think you'll make it, and in the end you stand in endless queues for hours, your belongings are brazenly taken from you, and you don't even get on the plane. The feeling of being worn out. We arrived, we gave our things, we didn't get on the plane, we left.
