Worst experience at an airport. Staff should speak English especially when dealing with tourists. Not saying this is spain. The staff at bagage control should also know their job aswell and not every person changes the version of the situation. Very disappointing.

A clean, modern airport. Easy access to the center of Madrid by matro. It is located right in the airport building. It takes only 30 minutes by taxi for 33 euros. One of the disadvantages is that there are few seats for waiting.
