One of the weaker airports I’ve been to, especially Terminal 2—it’s chaotic and poorly connected. Shuttle buses between terminals exist but run infrequently, and there’s no proper walking path. Avoid the taxis, as many try to scam you. Especially bad if you have a connecting flight and need to switch terminals—the two terminals operate almost like separate airports. Terminal 1 is more acceptable, but overall the experience was frustrating.
Standard airport, overcrowded in high season. Very slow security, check-in and control procedures. International lounge is quite modest in terms of food and drinks variety. Duty free shops are average. Waiting for the new terminal which is under construction at the moment.
A modern, spacious airport with clear logistics and clear navigation. Despite the large passenger traffic, everything is organized competently: the inspection is fast, the queues are moving confidently, the staff is working smoothly.
The waiting areas are comfortable, the air conditioning is good, there are many shops and cafes. Duty free is standard, but it's a decent choice. Plus, convenient Parking and transport accessibility.
The only negative is that the prices for food and drinks are above average, especially in the departure areas. But in general, this is an airport where you can feel the order and the European approach to the organization of space. A great final chord to a vacation in Turkey.
Overall, the airport left a positive impression. The staff is friendly and helpful, everything works clearly and promptly.
The airport building is modern and comfortable, with many shops, cafes and recreation areas. I was also pleased with the cleanliness and order.
On the downside, I can say that sometimes there are long queues for check-in and screening, but this is more likely due to the total number of passengers.
In general, Antalya Airport makes a good impression and fully corresponds to the level of a modern transport hub.
Antalya International Airport is one of the largest in Turkey, and it is really impressive!
The first thing that pleases is the spacious and bright terminals with excellent navigation. Finding the right exit or waiting area is not difficult even for those who do not know English.
The service is at a good level: quick passport control, clean waiting rooms with plenty of places to relax. Convenient baggage waiting areas and free drinking fountains create a comfortable atmosphere.
🛍️ Duty Free pleased with the variety of shops and prices, especially for cosmetics and perfumes. There are several cafes overlooking the runway - a great place to pass the time before departure.
Among the amenities it is worth noting: convenient parking, plenty of ATMs, free Wi-Fi zones, charging stations for gadgets and an excellent signposting system.
👨✈️ The staff is generally friendly and helpful, although there are sometimes language barriers. There are information desks in the waiting areas where you can get help.
Of the minor disadvantages, it is worth noting: there may be long queues during peak hours, sometimes there are delays in baggage claim, and the choice of restaurants is slightly limited.
Overall, this is a modern and well-organized airport that does an excellent job of handling the flow of passengers. Every detail is thought out here for a comfortable trip.
⭐️ Rating: 4.5/5 – excellent airport with good service and convenient location. I recommend it to anyone who is planning a flight via Antalya!
This is not the first time I have flown through Anali Airport. Everything is very logical, clean and of high quality. Of course, the airport is busy, there is a large passenger flow through it, so some people may not have enough seats in the waiting rooms, but this is not critical. The staff works quite correctly, of course, the human factor is not excluded ...
It is possible to connect to a free Wi-Fi (for 30 minutes on a foreign passport), but I did not succeed in 5 years.
There are cafes (the prices are certainly impressive), duty free shops (where you can find something interesting at a good price), simple shops, currency exchange.
The toilets are clean, cleaned regularly, and everything is fine.
I liked the airport, I recommend it!)
A small, cozy, clean airport. Friendly and very adequate staff at all stages of interaction. Very efficient inspection and registration. Most of the staff understands English, and if you want, you can actually find a Russian speaker.
In my opinion, the most loyal and kind passport and customs control. They always smile and help. They love children very much and treat the older generation with respect. Not once in many years! I have not been fined or deported for "Overstay" for more than 6 months! my children and my retired mother were invited to come back instead :)
And those who complain about the large number of people have simply never been to a large airport :)
I have been to Antalya Airport several times, and overall it leaves a good impression. There are many shops, restaurants and cafes here, which makes waiting for a flight comfortable. However, sometimes it seems that there is not enough space to wait. All the cafes are usually crowded with people, especially when there are flight delays. It is often necessary to observe how passengers are forced to sit right on the floor throughout the airport waiting room because there are no empty seats.
It is especially unpleasant when the flight is delayed and you are sent to some far corner of the terminal. For some reason, the staff there forgets that there are such languages as Russian and English, and communicates exclusively in Turkish. Sometimes one gets the feeling that new terminals and infrastructure improvements would be very useful.
Antalya Airport impresses with its modernity and comfort. There are clean terminals, friendly staff, and plenty of shops and cafes. Unexpectedly quick security checks. We were also pleased to have convenient waiting areas. It is very convenient to get to the city. Overall, a great place to start or end a trip.
There are long queues for departure, but they pass quickly. There is a lot of space in the duty-free zone and at the gates and everything before that is very compact. The points of pre-flight procedures literally follow each other without unnecessary distances. The order is as follows: 1. inspection at the entrance (as usual - things, watches, belts, outerwear on a ribbon), 2. check-in (there is nowhere to print the boarding pass: we printed at the hotel, but there was this queue, because the increased hand luggage, we were recommended to approach "to avoid misunderstandings"), 3. control at the escalator (an employee scans the barcode from the boarding pass), 4. passport control (they sternly look at you and take pictures on camera, put a stamp on your passport), 5. inspection (when passing through the frame, everything is written it is not clear why, because of this a lot of unnecessary gestures, and it is important: we carried they brought water and juices from the hotel twice, they didn't tell us anything, perhaps because the child and I, other passengers threw out water en masse). We arrived at the airport at 6:20 a.m., at 7:20 a.m. we were already at the gates, having breakfast. We were flying with Azimut Airlines, there was a small queue at our check-in desk (sukhoi Superjet 100), there were 5 times more people on the next one, maybe only check-in started there, and we approached our desk 2 hours before departure, that is, probably most of the passengers on our flight had already checked in. Then at 7:35 we were assigned a gate, which turned out to be on the first floor (we found seats on the second) and while we were packing and walking to it for 5 minutes, we already managed to make a personal "last warning" over the speakerphone. 5 minutes! When we reached our gate, we got in line, which means that we were clearly not the last and not late, why should we and only us make such a warning. Moreover, the landing was supposed to be before 8:15. By 7:45 everyone was already on the bus, they waited for another 20 minutes for something, then drove to the plane for a long time. We were very surprised that the landing ended half an hour ahead of schedule. And at the exit, my husband's landing (not me! ) they asked if I was pregnant. I would have been offended if I hadn't seen that earlier at the registration a very slender young girl was asked the same thing in front of her husband. But it's still unpleasant that my husband is being asked.. Apparently a national nuance. I wonder what would have happened if I had been pregnant and it turned out during boarding, but there would have been no certificate, they did not ask us specifically about this at the registration. Russian Russian is not the same as in Russia, no one speaks Russian, only English is not everywhere, but flights to Russia are duplicated in Russian. What else can I say: in the second terminal there is a large paid children's playroom, airport staff are not too friendly, there is no priority for passengers with young children, as in Russia, no one speaks Russian, only English and then not everywhere, but flights to Russia are duplicated in Russian. We did not find a public Wi-Fi, and there was no time. It seems to be said that somewhere below it should be taken, in the registration area, but there is usually no time to do this. Upstairs, access is already given only when buying something in cafes or in CIP. Before the trip, I thought about taking fast track, but for the three of us it cost like 200 plus euros and in general, everything went relatively well without this service. I didn't have to pay for anything anywhere.
Everything was convenient on arrival. You can change the currency. I was only confused by passport control, where an employee forbade me and my child to go to the front of the queue (we thought there was a priority like in Russia) and kicked us out at the end, rudely throwing our passports
The airport is quite good and clean, but I put 4 stars in comparison with ours, for example, with Sheremetyevo.
Antalya airport is much smaller and rather poorly planned. Among other things, the disadvantages are: very few seats for those waiting, free Wi-Fi for only 1 hour (!) and poor bandwidth, it is completely unclear where to go to the flight gate, duty-free shops are right in the middle of the halls and are not fenced, there are very few luggage trolleys and they are all on the street, not found drinking fountains, etc.
It seems like all the little things, but they spoil the impression...
An excellent airport, a new terminal was opened - two-storied, clean, spacious, comfortable :)
I liked that there are many convenient places for passengers to relax, there is an opportunity to charge electronic devices. There are tables where you can have a snack and children can draw and play. Very cute "classics" on the floor - you can jump)))
I recently visited Antalya Airport and was impressed by its modern and convenient design, scale and developed infrastructure. The terminal is clean and tidy, with pointers for easy orientation. The departure area is spacious and bright, with many cafes and restaurants for a snack before departure, as well as duty-free shops for souvenirs and gifts. The airport staff are professional and polite, always ready to help with any questions. In general, Antalya airport made a pleasant impression, I recommend it to visit.
Comfortable. The streams are well organized. Excellent service. A modern, developing airport. It is quite close to the city. You can get there by any transport. Large spacious areas for Parking and temporary storage of your car.
I have visited Antalya Airport several times and I want to share my impressions. Firstly, the airport is very clean and modern, all terminals are conveniently located and easily accessible. The check-in process is fast and without delays due to the efficient management of passenger flows.
There are also many shops and restaurants at the airport where you can have a snack or buy souvenirs. The prices of goods may be slightly higher than in the city, but the choice is quite large. Wi-Fi is available for free throughout the airport, which allows you to stay connected while waiting for a flight.
However, it is worth noting that in summer there may be a lot of people at the airport, especially in high season, so the waiting time may increase. Nevertheless, the airport staff tries to ensure a comfortable stay for each passenger, helping to resolve any issues.
In general, Antalya Airport leaves a good impression and is convenient for travelers.
A huge, new terminal 2 - everything is convenient and clear. Fairly fast passport control and baggage collection, taking into account the number of incoming flights. Not all terminals for connecting free Wi-Fi work correctly, if you can't scan your passport, try to find another one. Everyone tried to connect through the point that was after passport control, a crowd formed, but no one succeeded - everything worked out, for example, at the baggage claim point
Since December 2024, the Yandex Go service has been operating in Antalya, I called a taxi from the airport - very convenient, but please note that the price is approximate, if you plan to pay in cash - change the payment method in advance in the application and untie the card - otherwise the money for the trip will be charged, even if the card is not international
When there is only one airport, what is its rating :) The food is incredibly expensive. Navigation and the device as a whole are clear and logical. There is a smoking room in the clean area. Water is usually not taken away during the inspection. For tourists from companies, maximum priority and convenience are given, parking for tourist buses is closer, and personal cars are further away. Terminals 1 and domestic have a tram to the center, Terminal 2 has only rare buses from public transport. Unfortunately, there are only the same buses between the terminals every hour and a half, or a taxi, or 2 km on foot. Luggage is not released very quickly. There are few people in the off-season, you can get through everything very quickly. There are a lot of destinations in the season, more than in Sabiha even.
Antalya Airport is quite modern and spacious. Navigation through the terminal is clear, it is easy to find the necessary exits and services. The staff is generally polite and helpful. Cleanliness is maintained at a good level, and the waiting rooms are comfortable. However, prices in cafes and shops inside the airport are quite high.
I waited a long time for my flight, the plane was 40 minutes late, the staff is good-natured and sociable. In general, the airport is clean and there are plenty of places to sit down. In the waiting rooms, you can charge your phone and headphones. Despite the high prices, there is a wide range of goods here. But you can only get free Internet access before passing through passport control and only for 30 minutes.
The purity is 4 stars.Clean, but not everywhere and not always! For convenience, 2 stars! They made a shopping arcade out of the airport, it would be better if the waiting areas were enlarged and all the outlets were removed, people are sitting on top of each other. Coats and suits are sold at this airport, and even underpants would be tried, although it is possible that this is for enormous money. The queue for registration is a kilometer long, with people with babies, but there are already 3 employees with a tablet, smiling sweetly and offering would you like to go through a paid, quick registration??? There is one continuous commerce at this airport.
In principle, the airport is spacious, as they say, there is a place to roam, especially the Dutch free zone. And of course the prices correspond to the Dutch FRIES.It can be seen that the staff is also adapting to the new airport, trying to respond quickly to crowds. The queue for registration is slow, only two counters are open, which is not enough for the flow of people. And so, as in all airports, there is fuss, haste and high cost.
4 stars for the VERY long distance between the entrance to the clean
The zone and the gates!!! It's hard to find a business lounge the first time! Otherwise, it's normal. Clean, fast, and well-organized logistics. At the check-in (apparently, only we were lucky), due to the recent opening of a huge number of counters, there are a lot of new ones, as a result, registration takes a very long time.
The disgusting organization of literally everything)
Public transport: you can easily get to the domestic terminal by tram T1, and it is also very convenient to get from the terminal to the city. The international terminal is connected to the city by one bus, the intervals are 30 minutes. It also runs between terminals. It takes about 20 minutes to walk between the terminals on your own, almost along the highway. If you arrived from the city by tram, and departure from the international terminal, then the only normal option is a taxi for 200 liras. Thankfully, there are plenty of taxi drivers.
All other comments are only about the T2 international terminal.:
There is no self-registration. Not a single kiosk, not a single airline. If possible, register online.
We arrived 3 hours before departure, the check-in desks for our flight were indicated on the scoreboard, no one had heard anything about our flight at the desks themselves) one of the airport staff said that we had arrived “too early”, ok, we sat down to wait (we sat on our bags, there was literally nowhere to sit), as a result the check-in desks were assigned to us completely different and 2 hours before departure) check-in is extremely slow, but very friendly. The inspection and customs passed quickly.
The boarding gate is announced one hour before departure (!!!). In fact, they can announce it in 45 minutes. At the same time, the terminal consists of several floors, there are more than 200 exits, it is impossible to guess in which part it is better to wait.
The online scoreboard on the website is updated with a delay of 10-15 minutes, so you need to stand right at the scoreboard and guard your flight.
Our flight was severely delayed, we watched for several hours as the staff at the gate announced the boarding of the flight and after 10-15 minutes they were already announcing the end of boarding, we watched out of breath Germans and Russians running to their gate from all over the airport.
Do not choose this airport for transfer! Only if you have more than 24 hours between flights)) I don't recommend that either.
After the announcement of boarding our flight, we waited for another hour for the bus) and the cherry on the cake is that 50 pieces of luggage of our flight were not sent, actually, with this flight)) As they explained to us in Vnukovo: either their tape was broken, or they did not have time to load it (the flight was delayed by 4+ hours). In general, the problem is due to the Antalya Airport staff. After talking with other passengers, whose luggage was also not delivered, they realized that they had not loaded the "soft" bags, backpacks, etc., which did not go along the tape at check-in, but were loaded into a separate cart. Perhaps they just "forgot" 😅
Oh, and there's water everywhere for three euros)
It's a great airport, big and spacious, and you can get lost on one two three. Of course, the staff wasn't very good at baggage screening ... everything was turned over in the children's suitcase, which they didn't like-it wasn't clear (
Passport control was also unhappy with something, but it's as you see it.
Clean, super, beautiful and new)
They probably shouldn't have built such a big one, there are fewer and fewer tourists). There are no photos, an ordinary gray building, Turkish Airlines is a great company
A new terminal has been opened. Everything would be fine, but check-in at the old terminal, and passport control and security at the new one, the distances are not great... The duty-free zone is gorgeous, but there are no places to sit for so many people!
The trash started with registration, the weight for three suitcases was 1.8 kg, some devil came running, and announced a payment of $ 50, and there were four of them running through all the counters. Someone was paying, but they didn't give any receipts or change. That's what he said, and do whatever you want. Naturally, this happened to almost all passengers, and they immediately started opening suitcases, pulling out things, and all this terribly delayed the queue.
But the worst part started on boarding, sector 199 in the old terminal!!! There are 200 people next to 199 and for some reason these two sectors are covered with a glass wall. Our flight is 500 people, some of them huddled in this coop, the rest were pushing through the doors and then 200, 201, 202 sectors were blocked, and then they announced a landing in Milan at 200, and in London at 202 sectors, and these two flights I'm starting to push through our people, pushing women and children aside... And we weren't served buses until these two flights were taken away. Complete mayhem! And the attitude towards Russians sucks.
There is a very good airport in Antalya, for tourists from Russia there is generally a blessing, there are all the signs and tour operators with their counters at the exit, to get lost there you have to be a complete degenerate.
A separate pleasure is the arrivals for domestic flights and a separate exit, so as not to crowd with your compatriots in one place and catch a taxi pretending to be local at an affordable price.
Infrastructure: Modern terminals with good facilities, including shops and restaurants.
Cleanliness and order: Well-groomed and clean territory.
Service: Courteous staff, ready to help, although queues are possible during peak periods.
Transport accessibility: Convenient connection to the city center and resorts (two terminals are located at a decent distance from each other), including buses, taxis and transfers.
Security: Strict security measures, which can sometimes lead to delays in control.
During peak seasons, there may be delays at passport control and baggage claim, but in general Antalya Airport in Muratpasha provides a comfortable and convenient experience for passengers.
The airport is being updated, it is becoming more convenient and comfortable to wait. The staff are all normal. The toilets are in acceptable condition. There is a veranda for people who smoke. There is a place to charge your gadgets. Comfortable sofas. There are many shops where you can spend time waiting. It's all right.
Everything is fine with the arrival. There is public transport. And a tram to the city and a bus. Taxi by default. But when you need to fly away, then in this case, not everything is as we would like. Well, what's wrong? There is no recreation area in the reception hall. It happens like this: You come in after your vehicle. Cheerful or not so cheerful. Maybe alone, or maybe with your family or company, you look at the scoreboard and see that your flight is delayed. For example, for 2 hours. Registration will also start later. And we need to spend this time somewhere. Preferably comfortably. And there aren't many waiting chairs. There are 30 pieces. They are distributed in the corners.. And you have to sit and lie on the floor, luggage, and guard the seats.. The airport is clean, spacious, and beautiful. After registration and passport control, everything is fine. It has its own flavor. Maybe I was just unlucky. But so far, only 4 out of 5..
A huge modern airport. Everything is organized for people. There are plenty of seats at each boarding gate, and there are plenty of cafes. There are clear pointers where everything is located. There is a smoking room.
The escalator is currently being repaired (April 2025), so you have to go around a lot to get to the top of the escalator at the other end of the airport.
I'll start with the fact that I've been to Turkey a lot of times and I really like to relax there, this year I came with my wife together, she visited it for the first time, the airport of course in Antalya was very tired on arrival, we went to the bathroom very much, it was clear that they didn't particularly stick together for cleanliness, tiles in the rooms peel off and walk when you step on it is very comfortable in many places, the gum is stuck on, no one will remove it from the floor, in general, you need to put things in order and everything will be OK as before. I saw that the new terminal is being built well done, but the cleaning needs to be monitored.
A large airport, lots of shops and places to eat. You can just sit in the attic, 2nd floor.
It's not very convenient to go to the comfort lounge, where there are 67 gates, and if you have a flight from 212-214, you need to book 15-20 minutes on the way to them from the lounge.
Excellent service, everything is organized at the highest level, the staff is very fast and respectful, everything is clean and tidy, nice to be around. Thank you.
A decent airport
There are accordingly shops where you can shop or have a snack
While waiting for the plane, it's very interesting to walk there
There are panoramic windows with beautiful views of many planes
There was a flight from St. Petersburg to Antalya, everything went well, food was given out on the plane (I flew in economy)
On the return flight, the plane was delayed for an HOUR and a half!
Because of this case, 4 stars
Everything else is ok!
After the renovation, the terminal has become much larger. If you are flying out of season, then the entire passport control and inspection procedure will take 5-10 minutes, if there are holidays and the holiday season, then you can spend 30-40 minutes on everything (excluding check-in). There are many cafes and seats in the waiting rooms for departure. The toilets are pretty clean, but then again, if it's not peak season, otherwise the cleaners just don't have time to clean the bathrooms. I took a star for a small number of business halls. Perhaps additional ones will be opened in the future, but as of May 12, 2025, there were only two business halls. One cip, where there were more people than in a regular waiting room, and the second vip, where admission costs from $ 300 (I received the information from an employee of the hall).
It's a wonderful airport! 👍
There is an exchange nearby where you can exchange currency profitably. 👍
You can also have a snack and pass the time while waiting for your flight. And, of course, you can't do without a bus stop, which is very close. 👍
It's a great airport, the staff is very fast, the staff is friendly and nice, they always clean up, the queues are huge, but it's almost everywhere, so it's not a minus. The waiting rooms are ordinary, there are many Shops, the inspection and control are fast, there are many cafes
