We are flying as a family (2 adults and 2 children) from Antalya to Moscow. I bought it two weeks before the trip (!) seats on the plane. We have clearly chosen the places suitable for us with the most convenient seating for our family, taking into account the characteristics of the organisms of each of us. As a result, Aeroflot unilaterally changed the landing spots, which turned out to be actually in the tail near the toilet (two rows up). The representative of the airline did not even have the honor to come to the check-in desk to somehow resolve the issue. And standing with two small children until victory at the registration is a somewhat inadequate idea. At the same time, the only one who worked in this situation was the flight attendant on the plane itself, who somehow tried to fix the situation.
We upgrade the class for money. We arrive at the boarding gate, and we are given old seats in the economy. They say the program is crashing. At the same time, there are free places in the business. Dear managers, go to work elsewhere if you can't create a booking system in so much time.
I bought a ticket and checked in online on the Aeroflot website. I saw below an offer to purchase a ticket for Aeroexpress Sheremetyevo airport. I bought it.
When I arrived and came to the Aeroexpress turnstiles, I realized that I had not received an email with a ticket or SMS. An Aeroexpress employee told me to search on the Aeroflot website in my personal account. but!!! At that moment, the Aeroflot app and website were NOT WORKING!!!!! There were 5 minutes left before the train left, I had to leave urgently. I had to buy a new ticket for 500 rubles. Yes, the loss is small, but I wrote to Aeroflot support to get my money back for the ticket, which I COULD NOT use due to Aeroflot's fault. I have been sent unsubscriptions 2 times with a link to Aeroexpress! Allegedly, I need to contact Aeroexpress for a refund of the ticket, which I could not use due to the NON-WORKING Aeroflot WEBSITE and application! I think Aeroflot's reputation is not worth 500 rubles. And I was sure that the money would be returned to me on the first request. I have provided all the evidence: screenshots of the non-functioning Aeroflot website and a new ticket. But no, the "support" system is designed in such a way that appeals need to be written on the site, the answer comes by mail, but you can NOT answer by mail! You need to write a new appeal and explain everything again, because the support closes the previous question!

As always on top, the flight attendants were excellent. The only hard thing is to fly , because due to the forced situation of St. Petersburg Antalya , it takes almost 6 hours to fly . It's a shame that the A330 flies from Moscow and the 737-800 from St. Petersburg, since they traveled in business class, comfort cannot be compared. At 330, the chairs are laid out in a bed, which is oh so convenient for a 6 o'clock flight, but there is no need for this, and considering the night flight..... not at all the comfort you pay for in business class . The best flight in my life is the newest 350 watermelon plane, a wonderful lunch was even given mushrooms and boiled pork. The entertainment system by selections works better than Yandex search

Reliable, comfortable. We fly only by Aeroflot planes. Pilots pick up and plant large SU like fluff. It is only by a signal in the cabin that we determine when the plane took off and when it landed.
Disgusting attitude towards regular customers. We often fly with this airline. Faced with the following situation: the child is allergic to animals. We called the airline and asked them to take into account passengers at check-in (do not put passengers with animals in the adjacent rows). We received an answer that they can't help in any way, choose another type of transport. This is despite the fact that we flew with a large family, bought a whole row in advance, my husband has a gold card, and nevertheless, when asked to write a letter to Aeroflot employees in Antalya asking them to take into account that the child has an allergy, we were essentially answered "this is your problem and solve it yourself ..." at such a ticket price and by positioning Aeroflot as the best airline, such an attitude towards regular customers is unacceptable! Especially when it comes to the child's health!!!!
A good airline. But there are also disadvantages.
1. We recently flew to Minsk. Water. Flight : SU-1314 SVO-MRV . The flight is overnight. The plane is 8 years old.
Because of some problem, the plane was delayed. We stood there for 40 minutes. Then the mechanics came and "kicked the wheels" And everything "worked."
2. People are sleeping. Suddenly, the lights turn on and sandwiches and drinks begin to be distributed. What's the point of waking people up and handing out some food? In this case, WINNING is better. Let people sleep better than shoving sandwiches into their mouths or bags through sleep. And otherwise everything is Good!
