The painting was large, although it had been removed from the stretcher and placed in a tube. But the specialist suggested that the tube with the painting can be put in special luggage (where animals are handed over). It really works - the attitude towards luggage is careful there, the picture arrived perfectly.
I quickly and promptly handed over the tickets without waiting in line! it is very pleasant when employees speak in pure Russian and even without an accent.
As already mentioned earlier, it's not really possible to get through at all! The most interesting thing is that apparently the head office does not care about them, since after so many complaints the situation does not change.Sadly.
Terrible service. The Yerevan office has a very non-customer-oriented attitude towards passengers, who at the same time feed the airline. Ticket agents are sitting, but you will be standing, there is no way for passengers to sit. In front of me, one passenger asked to visit the toilet, they categorically refused. There is an electronic queue terminal, but the queue is alive with it, the office staff do not know how to work with it. Upon presentation of a certificate from the hospital about contraindications for flights, I was rudely refused to issue a refund of the ticket with an inadequate requirement to provide a notarized translation of the certificate into Russian. It's complete nonsense. I vaguely imagine that the Chinese, Americans and others like them make notarized translations of certificates. I wrote through the feedback form on the website. They confirmed that the transfer is not needed. Thus, they confirmed the absolute lack of professionalism of the staff of the Yerevan office. And they don't have a customer focus. The level of service is equal to the service of the 70s of the 20th century in the Soviet Union. It's a shame, gentlemen!
Three times (during the last three years) I applied to the Aeroflot agency on Amiryan St. and it turned out that in the order of the queue we got to the same employee Irina. She quickly and politely resolved all our problems, my husband and I are very happy, thank you for the excellent work and kind attitude to visitors!!!

This airline hates animals and passengers with animals. Flight attendants can specifically ignore passengers with animals. And this is almost always the case, so if you are going somewhere with your pet, I do not recommend it.
It is impossible to get through!! After an hour of dialing, they deliberately started picking up the phones and dropping them! They don't want to work at all!!! There is no comparison with the Russian service!! We need to recruit all of you for dismissal and a new staff!!!! It's a disgrace. We will get you fired!!!!!!! I promise you!!!!!
We flew from Moscow to Yerevan to Sheremetyevo and changed the boarding gate 3 times. My children and I ran around the airport like fools....instead of a normal dinner, they just gave me a sandwich

At Yerevan airport, Aeroflot charges a three-fold increased price of $ 70 for a single piece of luggage, knowing that passengers have no other choice if they did not order their luggage online in advance. Very indecent. I will never fly with this company again.
I called 3 times while roaming to change the departure date. They put the call on hold and...That's it! This is rudeness, a bestial attitude!

There used to be Aeroflot, premium and everything was great, but now it's a complete disappointment! Starting with the purchase, ending with baggage collection upon arrival! Some problems, expectations , and a good service ! The ground survey staff is a disgrace! Boors , boors !!!
