Some reviews wrote about long queues, we were probably lucky in this - there were no people at all. The specialist is competent, although he upset us, categorically stating that the painting that we wanted to carry in hand luggage can only be sent with luggage. The painting was large, although it had been removed from the stretcher and placed in a tube. But the specialist suggested that the tube with the painting can be put in special luggage (where animals are handed over). It really works - the attitude towards luggage is careful there, the picture arrived perfectly.
