Moreover, I checked in online in advance, but Aeroflot did not provide a separate queue for the shuttle. And then there were no exchanges, I bought a new ticket at the Aeroflot ticket office, but the 22 thousand that I paid for the shuttle was simply lost. посмотрел на сайте цену приехал а там оказывается есть наценка 25 евро, купить онлайн было проблематично так как на карте не хватало денег,а внести на российскую карту сбер,в филиалах сбербанка в Алмате нельзя,спасибо сотруднику филиала сбер,выручил перекинув деньги со своей карты!Данный филиал(Аэрофлот)по сути представительство,билеты там покупать не советую, вежливый персонал!!!хорошее чистое помещение(вход с торца) троечка за то что нет информации о наценках(узнаешь по факту потратил время)
Последнее время испортило ь обслуживание, я с золотым статусом, сидел в очереди 1,5 часа. И когда начал покупать билет, понял в чем дело, был полностью не компетентный начинающий сотрудник.

Хочу выразить своё благодарность,сотрудникам компании Аэрофлота,я первый раз так комфортно летела домой.Мне очень понравилось обслуживание и самолёт которое я летала,очень удобные кресла,вежливые персоналы теперь только куплю билет только на Аэрофлоте.Еще wi fi есть оказывается это очень круто!!!
