When we arrived at the gate, we were told that the landing was closed and we could not be allowed on the plane. Later, we went to the cashier, where they laughed at us and refused to help in any way in the current situation. Later, our tour operator called us and asked where we were, saying that they were waiting for us at the boarding gate. We asked the staff to talk to the tour operator, but they refused and just laughed. As a result, we had to buy tickets for another flight, by another airline company. Aeroflot refused to refund the money and also refused to change the tickets. We just lost 100 thousand. The impressions are terrible, and so is the attitude of the staff.
