It was terrible! some said that the money would be returned, others that there was no appeal at all, etc.... everything lasted until the middle of December!
but.....I wrote an appeal / feedback on the website! that's all..... I WAS SHOCKED! PLEASANT,,, JOYFUL... that everything can be solved so easily and quickly!!
I really love flying with AEROFLOT, but after the current situation... my attitude has been shaken...

The first time we decided to fly with Aeroflot, we left terrible impressions. We were late for the flight due to the fact that our exit was changed, the exits were at different ends of the airport, while we were running to the gate, the boarding was closed and we were 2 minutes late, and we did not hear any announcements about the exit change. When we arrived at the gate, we were told that the landing was closed and we could not be allowed on the plane. Later, we went to the cashier, where they laughed at us and refused to help in any way in the current situation. Later, our tour operator called us and asked where we were, saying that they were waiting for us at the boarding gate. We asked the staff to talk to the tour operator, but they refused and just laughed. As a result, we had to buy tickets for another flight, by another airline company. Aeroflot refused to refund the money and also refused to change the tickets. We just lost 100 thousand. The impressions are terrible, and so is the attitude of the staff.

Attentive and courteous staff. They even served with a delay for their lunch break. We kindly double-checked everything and issued tickets with full advice in case of a refund.Olga served me. I recommend it!
