The staff is excellent - Ira and Spartak. Very hospitable, like relatives. The hotel is cozy, bed linen, towels are snow-white, everything is clean. On weekends, the owners cook kebabs for often a symbolic price, lavash, greens, sauces at their expense. We will go to them all the time
We rested from the 20th to the 25th of September. Comfortable modern hotel, cozy courtyard, pleasant, sociable, responsible hosts. The sea is close, we had a great rest!!! Thank you, Irina and Spartak! Good customers to you!
We visited the guest house in June, we liked everything, the room has a balcony, sea view,. Special thanks to Marianne for the wine and jam, wait for us to visit
we had a rest at the weekend, I really liked it. Kind, hospitable and pleasant hosts, the rooms are clean. Convenient location. The beautiful sea is not far away.
THE ATTITUDE IS TERRIBLE!!!think carefully about whether it's worth spoiling your vacation with this place. Through the app daily.If you come to settle in, then you need to be prepared that you will be treated abominably. Armenian hospitality does not apply to guests from the app. In comparison, the Abkhazian hotels had very responsive and friendly people.
What was the result when checking in:
- that they don't care about the information in the app. And they settle where they see fit, namely in basement-type rooms (a view from the window of concrete walls and a piece of fence - not all rooms with sea views are with them). But they made an exception for us, because they were only for 1 night, and settled on the 2nd floor with a sea view. I do not argue, the room is not bad, but it does not cover the bestial attitude in any way. It was also said that if not for 1 day, they could have refused to check in at all;
- that there are no parking spaces for a car (although a couple would definitely fit there) and you need to put it in front of the gate. And their car will still be standing nearby, but if someone needs to leave, they will ask you to remove the car, even if it does not bother anyone. Which happened, and it was just wild - they suddenly began to break into our room with the pretexts "urgently remove the car, it interferes", although she did not wave to anyone at all and no one was going to leave!!!!we even left the phone number under the windshield just in case. Photo attached, our black one on the right;
- and the most delicious! They started kicking us out of the hotel ahead of time. At around 11 a.m., along with a colleague in the car, we were immediately told to vacate the room.
And it's worth bearing in mind that it's decent to go to the sea. First down the steep hill, then through the railway tracks and then the beach. Up, you know, hello "steep hill".
This is the first time I've encountered such a terrible attitude.
Excellent mini-hotel, rooms with sea views with balconies)) We watched dolphins from there👍The owners help with everything necessary, very friendly)
Shops, cafes and the sea are very close)
We were in June last year, everything is perfect, perfect.I can't find a website to book for this summer.Spartak and Irina are the most hospitable and helpful hosts I know.
I recommend Abkhazia to those who go on vacation.
We read a lot of different reviews before the trip. There are a lot of negative ones. To be honest, we drove with caution. Nature is super!!! The sea is clear. The people are hospitable. We were in two cars, we never stopped in 10 days. Although they were afraid that the traffic police would be out there. I would also like to express my deep gratitude to our hotel where we lived.
I advise all my friends.
