I would like to express my deep gratitude to lawyer Alexey Yurievich Kadurin for providing professional assistance and for a favorable outcome in my father's criminal case (Article 209 part 4). The whole family felt the attention to detail and full understanding of our situation from the very beginning. Alexey Yurievich described the outcome of the events and proposed his own algorithm of actions, which helped to minimize possible consequences. In court, the prosecutor requested a punishment in the form of imprisonment for a period of 4 years As a result, the court sentenced, on the basis of part 2 of Article 77 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus, to apply a delay in the execution of the main punishment for a period of 3 years.
