This is the first time we 've encountered such a disgusting company !!! You indicate that your buses are comfortable, equipped with TV, wi-fi, air conditioning ... the TVs did not work either on 12/28/24 or 7.01.25!!! There was no Wi- Fi either . The drivers brazenly waved off that everything was working for them . But half of the passengers who only had a telephone connection had to sit without a sayaz before passing through the checkpoint!!! Before you engage in passenger transportation!!! Learn how to provide reliable information about your buses. After all, there is always a choice , and we definitely won 't choose your company anymore !!

Flight from Moscow on 05/13.23 , departure at 17:00. The air conditioner wasn't working, or the drivers just didn't turn it on. The landing is almost complete, correspondingly stuffy. But the most important thing is that there was a drunk on the bus who got drunk not while driving, but he was initially allowed drunk on the bus. I think this is a threat to the lives of passengers.
