I rested from 06.10.2021 to 17.10.2021. It's a beautiful place. A warm, clean ocean. Snow-white sand. Minus- for a couple of days there was a strong smell of diesel fuel (near the parking lot of yachts and boats). The area is beautiful, especially at night when the lights are on. It took two days to learn the route from the room and back. Then they remembered. It 's annoying . It's not thought out. Then we watched the same story for the newly arriving vacationers. The room is large. A huge bed, sofa, armchair, flat-screen TV (there are no Russian channels, so they did not turn on), coffee maker (ground coffee, tasted once, tasteless), terrace. The floors are tiled. They asked for slippers, they gave them. The bar is replenished daily (lemonade, water, beer, everything in its original packaging). Everything is like in the pictures for the hotel advertisement. Cleaning consists in changing towels, if they are thrown on the floor, they will not be changed. Toilet paper was reported and the bed was made. The floors are not washed, the sheets were changed once. WiFi is excellent throughout the territory and in the room, it does not catch on the beach. Food: meat (Chicken, beef, pork), red and white fish, sea of fast food, ice cream, cake, cheeses and eggs are plentiful everywhere. Canned seafood, in salads. Not edible. We ate the same thing (in the morning - porridge, fried eggs, watermelon, mango, lunch and dinner - I: a piece of red fish, cucumber, tomato, olive, red sweet pepper on the grill. The husband is a piece of meat, if it was possible to chew pasta and vegetables. And caught up with the watermelon. In general, there is a lot of food, as everywhere on all inclusive, people are picking up and eating everything. Alcohol doesn't seem to be anything. There was always dry champagne at breakfast. We drank rum, at the store on departure we looked at its cost, of the cheapest 12 dollars 0.5 liters. The service in the canteen is at a height. There is no comparison with Turkey and Egypt. The waiters are efficient, not intrusive, clean dirty plates during, bring drinks, everything is very friendly. There is no daytime animation and it's great! The contingent of vacationers was 20+, Russians, Poles, children and noisy Ukrainians were practically absent, Latinos came for the weekend. We played volleyball, went to the Theater in the evening for a dance show (a real theater with a huge stage, hall, buffet, toilet). Beautiful colorful guys and girls, you can't take your eyes off. The disco started at 23.00. It is also a very beautiful room with a round bar in the middle, sofas and armchairs. Latin American music. The contingent of vacationers is very intelligent. We are unlikely to return to the hotel. But definitely to the Dominican Republic!

One of the best, in my opinion, hotels in Bavaro! First of all, it's completely NEW! All the hotels in Bavaro are pretty old, but this one has just opened! Modern design, everything is clean, fresh, amazingly polite and friendly staff, awesome shaed table for breakfast,lunch and dinner! Gorgeous expensive alcohol.The beach is very clean and there are umbrellas from the sun (in the same neighboring Barcelo there are no umbrellas at all, people are looking for shade under rare palm trees!) TOTALLY WORTH THE MONEY SPENT! I will definitely come back again!

I rested here in December 2021 for the first and last time. The hotel, in my opinion, does not correspond to its category. The hotel is elegant, but that's all that impressed. The service is completely not thought out, everything is very long, always "manyana" (tomorrow), they forget about you even in their hands with your tips. The rooms are dirty, you can't do the cleaning, there is no hair dryer, bathrobe, slippers, shower gel in the room, you need to go and ask for all this ((.. I bought a room in the Adults Only category - it turned out to be completely pointless, because nothing special is provided to you for this money from the service and the service itself too. There are five worst moments in the hotel: 1) - this is its private beach.Or rather, his absence. You will not see a beautiful water area, but a frog pond surrounded by buoys, with a maximum depth of about 1.70 m, a width of about 15-20 m and a depth of about 200 m. It is impossible to dive there, and not only because it is shallow and algae everywhere, but because it is unsafe: endless boats and boats ply everywhere around the buoys, and it is not surprising, because Lopesan "beach" is located between two boat forwards, where large and small vessels ply from morning to evening right next to the buoys and human heads! More than one hundred tourists are "resting" on the beach at the same time and they are all swimming in this puddle.. The sea breeze with the smell of diesel fuel, dirty water and a crowd of people in this puddle is Lopesan Beach..Immediately, the oil painting is complemented by sailors who clean the fish on the deck and pour the water with scales immediately into the water area, wash buckets, etc. Algae in large quantities and a dirty sandy beach complement this landscape. 2) Any tourist will want to lie comfortably and sunbathe in the coastal area or by the pool. To lie down, not to stand. And, as it turned out, the beautiful Lopesan is not ready to receive tourists who want to take sun beds. Just imagine that the sun beds need to be occupied at 5 in the morning!!!(and it really is!), apparently by the number of stars. Moreover, you understand this only for 3-4 days, when you first go to the beach like a normal tourist after breakfast, then in front of him, then long before him and then simple calculations give you the cherished figure- 5 am.. And some of the sun beds are already occupied at this time..There are not enough sun beds for everyone either on the beach or by the pool, as well as in the Adults Only area. And no one will help you with this. 3)A comfortable stay in the rooms is catastrophically not thought out, there is absolutely no sound insulation, it seems that the walls are made of cardboard. During your entire vacation, you will live with all your neighbors on the floor from night to morning, the administration will not be able to offer you anything else, because literally all the rooms are like this, I had a total of 4 rooms. 4) There is little healthy food in the main restaurant, a limited fish menu, a huge amount of fast food, fried food and sweet pastries. And there are few chances to sign up in a la carte restaurants. 5) Lopesan is a hotel with a huge territory where you will not have a roadmap (it simply does not exist) and for the first few days you will wander unknown paths from building to building, wasting your vacation time. The same large areas of the main restaurant where you need to run around with plates.By the time you get there, you will choose the food, return to the table with a tray with already cold food. I tried to order in the room - they came to me all day. And when they came, they asked instead of breakfast:"Did you order something?" .The staff is tired and exhausted, this is especially noticeable in the restaurant. There were a lot of all sorts of unpleasant moments associated with unworthy service. The negative attitude towards Russian tourists frankly overshadows the rest, it is bitter to look at it. It is a pity that apart from the beautiful picture of the interior, there is nothing else to remember. The hotel is not worth the money, do not be fooled by flattering reviews. I do not recommend this hotel.

As we were told, the hotel was built in 2019. However, the sockets in the room do not work - charging simply falls out of them. One switch was missing a key. The tap water flowed in a thin stream. We informed the representative of the travel agency - he promised to take action. But no one even came to look at our problems. In my opinion, representatives of the travel agency are only interested in excursions, and tourists do not care about rest. And in general, there is no service at the hotel! There are no slippers in the room, no soap, no tea, no dry cream for coffee. One bottle of water in 10 days. They brought everything themselves: water, tea, and even a milk carton for tea. The room was not cleaned, the floors are dirty. The bed was made very strangely: the blanket was tucked in, and the sheet under it was wrinkled. No coffee or tea can be ordered at any bar on site. One answer is that the coffee machine is not working. And this is a five-star hotel called! The hotel is dark at night. Palm trees are slightly illuminated, and it is dark on the paths. Despite the fact that there are puddles all around. Apparently watering works not only on the lawn, but also on the paths. Seaweed is spread out on the beach along the shore, no one cleans them. And the wave washes back into the sea. In short, we don't need such a vacation! I'm definitely not going to this hotel anymore.
Very good hotel, new, modern spacious rooms, very high quality food, lots of seafood, beautiful territory , clean beach, we had no problems with sun loungers, placed quickly, good quality drinks, always a good choice in the restaurant, I do not advise ala carte, the food is worse than in the main restaurants, because the hotel is full by 97%, the cleaning was in the 2nd half of the day and not always immediately changed all the towels, in general, the rest was wonderful, I liked everything
The hotel is beautiful! But the service , the first time we faced such a horror ! We took the most expensive view rooms to hotels, informed 4 days in a row ... that a cat walks on the 4th floor and pees on the sofas on the balcony, the sofa was changed, but the cat was left!
Today , the cat was already hissing and sitting on our things in an armchair , right in the room , we live on the 4th floor , he threw things off the bedside table and ate the vitamins and cookies lying there , they were kicked out ... he hisses , do not come up !

The hotel is incomparable! The whole family is absolutely delighted. We went with a child of 7 years old, it was very interesting. The hotel has its own water park, swimming pools, a nice beach with a convenient entrance to the ocean. The food is delicious, the restaurants are top-notch.the service is good, the room was cleaned every day, everything is clean. The territory of the hotel itself is well maintained, the staff is friendly. We would go back there again, there are no disadvantages. It is very convenient to pick up any excursions from the hotel. We had a great rest!!!
Nice hotel, great beach and pool, nice grounds. But as they say, not without a flaw, for lovers of delicious food there is an ambush, despite the huge selection. There is a lot of meat, but almost everything is not tasty, either undercooked or tasteless. I had to get out of the pasta, although it was cooked in such a state of aldente that it was as if they had thrown it into the water and pulled it out, it was a little damp. Well, the sun, the beach, the ocean fixes everything.
A cool, stylish hotel with excellent food, favorite seafood for breakfast, lunch and dinner, lobsters, crabs, red fish were always given and much more, there is food for every taste and a lot, it's a pity there are no 3 stomachs))) there are many pools, a good water park, a nightclub, restaurants, but they were not impressed with the food. Great room, lobby. There is no animation, one bar on the beach, an eternal queue. Lack of sun loungers on the beach and pools. They are occupied at 6 am. The contingent is American pensioners. Do not take guided tours (coral). The lack of seafood in the diet (I saw langoustines once). The queue was like a mausoleum in the USSR. In general, the food is definitely weaker than Turkish. All friends from the Russian Federation rated the hotel 5-6 out of 10. Well, the service is more expensive if you don't show a dollar-five people lose interest in you altogether. We were told that there are no available rooms now, they asked us to come tomorrow at 11.00. But we liked everything so much that we didn't change it, we didn't go to the balcony anyway. Then they called us every day: you wanted to change the number, choose. We're sick of refusing. But a week after arrival:- Coronavirus!!! The Americans, which is 60%, dumped everything at once. We managed to go on excursions for a couple more days, and then that's it! The beach is empty, there is no one in the canteen, in the evenings only a la carte restaurants, without an appointment, any elite alcohol. But there is no animation, although we went to it a couple of times: there were grand concerts. The hotel is of course grandiose and everything is fine: the staff, the food and everything. And my wife and I traveled half the world by "five"! But this is the best one. And how many technical innovations I learned: the key to the room in the bracelet, separate keys from all the electric points in the room and much more, I don't remember everything anymore

I got into this hotel from February 1 to February 14, 2020. I've seen enough rave reviews from bloggers of all stripes. As a result, the advertising has borne fruit. The hotel was packed to the brim, and the hotel administration was not ready for this from the word "at all". There were frankly not enough sun loungers on the beach. I had to come to the beach at 6:00 - 6:30 in the morning and take the sunbeds with towels, even though I'm not used to doing this, even though I despise those who do it. But, at 7:00, the whole beach was already covered with sunbathing towels. Many towels were not visited by their owners until the evening. When checking into the room, we were faced with the fact that water drips from spotlights in the shower, and only two towels were generously allocated for the three of us. This is a total of. And for the hands, and for the feet, and for the face, and for the baths. ONLY two. This issue was hardly resolved on the third (!) day. But the water from the lamp continued to drip all the time of our rest. In general, the Dominican Republic is a paradise on Earth. Never set foot in this hotel again!
We had a family vacation here in December 2019, at first you wonder what a cool hotel, but after a couple of days you realize that from somewhere in the corridors there is no smell of sewage, in the room if you open the balcony there is also a smell from the bathtub, cleaning the room for good luck, that is, depends on the maid, we were unlucky and the cleaning was mediocre, coffee was not served sometimes, the bed was changed only twice in 12 days and then after the scandal, the mini bar did not cool the drinks but heated them, they applied 5 times but there was no sense, they never did. The attitude towards Russians in the hotel is immediately felt not the same as towards foreigners, which also overshadowed the rest, they seem to clean up on the beach, but just like in the room mediocre, you can also see garbage in the form of glasses of tubes.. So there are enough algae, but there are not enough sunbeds))) our numbers are 4345 and 4320. We are no longer in lopisan. I hope the review will help someone.
