The gym and the coaches are great. There are many simulators, especially for the back and chest, but you can work with the strength training area. The atmosphere is calm even very much, there is not enough shouting and extreme (atmosphere). I think for people who prefer a quiet and calm training room is perfect. There is also a sauna and minor amenities such as sweat wipes and a rich buffet if I may say so

A decent room near the house for a fair price. A large selection of exercise equipment, a wide range in the bar, and, most importantly, the competent work of the trainers. There were problems with ventilation, but everything was fixed before my eyes.
The only thing that is really starting to bother is the musical accompaniment in the hall with a selection from the early 2000s. Please change the record already to something abstract and more modern. There are many sport/gym/workout motivation playlists online.

The polite staff, the trainers do not get bored, the simulators are not the most modern, but they are suitable for maintaining tone and without the crazy price of an annual subscription, the showers require deep cleaning, the sauna is weak, but again - this is not a bathhouse, but a gym. There are fewer people in the morning, just like everywhere else.
