Not a hotel, but just a horror. We had a rest from July 20-31. The passage from the balcony to the door was washed 3 times in the room. Towels were changed 2 times with a fight. There was nothing else from the cleaning services. Neither the sink nor the toilet was cleaned once in 12 days of rest., a day or two later they came to pick up a garbage bag. They don't put water in the fridge for drinking, although they always have a box with sealed cups. Drinking water is only in the cooler in the main hall, which ends around 11 a.m. Then we just have to go to the dining room. They lie at the reception as they breathe. You can't believe anything. The only thing that pleased me was the sea, because it was necessary to change the sun beds on the beach from this hotel 5 years ago. They are dirty, worn out, and the umbrellas are torn. There are at most 60 sun beds.The road to the beach is a very steep mountain. The food is monotonous from day to day. Chicken and something minced, which is not possible to eat.The fish was 1 time, some kind of small fish, fried with a head. I do not recommend this hotel at all, 4* obviously bought🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Good afternoon, everyone. I flew in from this terrible hotel yesterday. Before the trip, I read reviews about the hotel, I thought, as always, they write negative reviews on emotions, as usual, or who had previously rested in more comfortable conditions and got into a budget hotel. About the dirt in the rooms is a separate topic, in all reviews it is written that the rooms are cleaned disgustingly. I would say that they are practically not cleaned at all, when they entered the room, a terrible nauseating smell (room 2311) from the bathroom immediately hit their nose. Everything in the room looks so clean, but it turned out that I dropped the card, bent down, looked under the bed, my dear mother was there, the dust was 10 centimeters high, no one had washed there for two months. But you can put up with this, not so much money was paid. Sun beds came to the pool more or less, vacationers open umbrellas themselves, afraid to leave their fingers in the fastenings. But that's also half the trouble. The trouble came quite unexpectedly. It was a beautiful day, I was lying sunbathing by the pool. I was lying dreaming and suddenly there was a sharp blow to the head, screams of people, terrible pain and something warm flowed through my body. Well, the guys quickly ran up to me, put a towel to my head, which quickly became soaked in blood, and took me to the reception. The senior manager was of course afraid of my appearance, put me in her car, and took me to the Anatoly hospital. They stitched my head there. Yes, the hotel was paid for the examination, the stitches were applied at the expense of insurance. They offered to stay until the morning in order to avoid worsening my condition. To my question, who will pay for my stay in the hospital there, I answered and it costs not a little $ 100. An hour later, just lying on the couch in the room, I decided to go to the hotel (the hotel manager was no longer there, there was no one to consult) I was lying there thinking, what am I doing all this for? Lying in a foreign country, I felt my maximum insecurity. I was taken to the hotel by hospital transport insurance. When they were prescribed, they were given prescriptions for medicines that urgently need to be taken. Thank God, people helped me at the hotel and my friend, sorry for the slang, she just ran over the hotel staff so that they bought medicines for me at their own expense. Then it turned out that my phone had a broken screen, and one of my expensive glasses was broken.... Well, I thought the evening, tomorrow, when the management will decide something for me as a refund or at least repair my things. But.. It remained only in dreams. Before the flight, I lay in my room for three days, as I was terribly dizzy, lost and morally killed. Yes, since the Internet was charged at the hotel for 3 euros per day, I was connected for free for these days. But the worst thing is, it turns out that the umbrella that fell on my head fell on the second day. No one was in a hurry to fix anything, but if it were a child in my place, he would have been killed by this heavy base with an umbrella pipe. What I want to say for everyone, guys, so that your vacation is not overshadowed and not spoiled, before you lie down by the pool, under umbrellas on the sun beds, check if they are fixed??? And look around, is nothing threatening your life? The only thing I would like to say thanks to the chefs, although the food was of the same type, but everything tasted normal. You will definitely not stay hungry. Most of the staff are good, funny guys, except for clearing....Many thanks to the bartender Yakov for his positive attitude. There would be a good owner there, go through the rooms, arrange cleaning, with the technical condition of plumbing and of course on the territory and keep all this under constant control. But there is no such person there. You can also make a candy bar with old furniture. So that people come and rejoice and want to come back here, because everything is there for this...
